“Service technician showed up within the allotted time and was pleasant and professional. The service provided (in less than 2 hours, which included time to go get parts) to replace a 3/4" pvc pipe, connector, and reducer, for a drain for the condensation of our HVAC unit. The parts cost less than $20 at Home Depot. My total bill was $489. I disliked the Invoice, which read: "1 Service Task $489." They couldn't …”
