“Very disappointed with this company's billing ethics. Plumber came first time, took 20 minutes to diagnose the issue. We then had to reschedule for him to come back to fix it. He was vague on what needed replaced so had to have them bring the part. Came back at the end of the week and spent 30 minutes replacing the part. When we got the bill it was for 3 hours of labor. Called for explanation and they advised there …”
