I’ve used Young’s Plumbing for 20 years. Now with a new name, LALONDE COOLING, HEATING AND PLUMBING, same great people and same phone number! Chris Robinson has taken care of my plumbing and air conditioning for years. He and his team are so knowledgeable and are some good people! Will continue to call upon them for the future. Good news! They will now have a nights and weekends phone system for real emergencies. No need to call anyone else. Thanks Chris and team!

Labor is 150per hr plus parts good service with nice young men fast response time and communication was very good

Great service have used this company for about 15 years or so. Call them in the morning and someone (usually Chris) is out that day and has the problem fixed. Always nice and friendly.

I Have used this company for over 20 years for my plumbing issues at my house. For the longest time it was a flat $100 to unclog main drain then went to $125 last couple times I used them. I called for service to unclog slowly drain line The guys came out unclogged line in 30 minutes then kept walking back and forth and messing with machine for unknown reasons I thought nothing of it an waited in house When they finally brought me the invoice it was $257 for a simple drain unclog . Apparently now they charge $150 an hour plus a $30 machine fee, so they going to milk it for as long as they can . That’s how they operate now… It doesn’t benefit to use local anymore . I will never use them again and TOLD THEM SO . Please, Call anyone but Young’s Plumbing. Don’t get ripped off by this company . **Years ago ,My father said never hire someone to do a job by the hour, you will get screwed every time. **

I have a problem with my kitchen sink not draining properly. I called Young Plumbing on Monday. Told them the problem, and that I had already tried to snake the drain myself. They told me that they would had an opening for after lunch on Tuesday. I said okay. They didn't arrive until 4:05 PM. They brought their snake machine in for the kitchen sink. I had also said that there was a problem with my bathroom sink being a slow drain. The person on the phone said that they charged by the hour, and to bring up the sink and any other issues while they were here. I did. He fixed the slow drain in the bathroom sink. It was just dirty. I also had him look at my toilet not flushing the way that I thought it should, he told me that he didn't like the aftermarket handle mechanisms. He just changed it without asking. Now the kitchen sink I was just told that there is mud in it and that was all. No further trouble shooting, no estimations, nothing. They were gone by 4:40. Charged me for the whole hour, plus the flushing mechanism that I didn't ask for and the snake machine. $180 later and my sink wasn't put back together ( I had taken it apart myself ), he even said that he didn't like the plumbing drain pieces that I had under the kitchen sink. So nothing truly fixed, no estimations, no trouble shooting, here less than an hour but charged for the full hour. Won't be using these folks again.
