Across the board they checked ALL the boxes! They Answered the phone when I called on a SATURDAY! They Came out within 2 days. Assessed the problem and came back in 2 days like they said, after cleaning a VERY clogged water conditioner head. This is a first class company!! Highly recommend.
We had an urgent plumbing issue and were given a recommendation to call YOU BETCHA PLUMBING in Rhinelander . Colton and Kayla responded quickly and exceeded our expectations. Really Outstanding job fixing the problem , working efficiently and made sure everything was done right! On top of that, pricing was very reasonable, especially given the urgency ! They were extremely pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. We would absolutely recommend YOU BETCHA PLUMBING !

They even asked for details ahead of time so they could bring the correct part, which I really appreciated. You Betcha Plumbing was fantastic. Their communication was clear, their response was quick, and Colton’s diagnostic skills were next-level. He tracked down a mysterious “shower pan leak” that turned out to be condensation running down an adjacent vent pipe punctured by stray backer board screws from the original build — something I would've never guessed. Excellent excellent company. Kayla answers the phone and texts in a very very timely manner. Very courteous,polite and respectful. When they had a cancellation I was called and offered the time. Colton was on time. No mess was made. The job was superbly done. Colton is obviously a Master Plumber. In my opinion, they are the best plumber in the area.
