I had a sudden plumbing issue in the bathroom at my business. They were able to come out in a timely manner and got everything fixed perfectly and professionally. Highly recommend.
The lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. I explained to her the problems we were having and she able to get a plumber out the next day. The plumber called on the way to say he would be early. He was very nice and completed job in a professional manner. As an added bonus, the price was less than we expected to pay. We have since referred three people to them. Highly recommend!
I had a leaky sink called yohe and they came very quickly at the time they said they would be there very knowledgeable and professional will definitely use Yohe for any other plumbing needs. Jacob and John were wonderful thanks so much!
Left me worse off than before he came out. He stated air to vent the toilet via vent stack wasn't working properly but didn't repair. Now when you flush toilet it blows water a foot out of toilet bowl and now running tub water causes toilet to gurgle and blow. Now bathing in kitchen sink. SHAME!
They refused to fix a pipe under the house and the plumber acted like it was a problem cause he was going to get dirty
Worst business experience of my life happened with Yohe. I only wished I had done more homework when it came to reputable plumbers! The office management is rude and obviously uneducated on how to deal with customer satisfaction and performing in an professional manner. They will not stand behind their products, charge you above what they quote if they can get away with it, and leave it up to you for repair work. Again, worst decision of my homeowners life! Please choose one of the other reputable companies we have in our area before choosing yohe.....you will regret it if you dont!
One of your trucks made an illegal lane change this afternoon (about 2:45) at the intersection of West Ave and Martintown Rd in North Augusta. He zoomed up in the right hand lane to get around several cars and cut in front of me causing to have to brake to avoid him. He was boxed in when the lady in front of me making a left hand turn also, made a lane change immediately after she cleared the intersection. He evidently was irritated as he flipped me off when he finally got through traffic and passed me. Not a good representative for your company.
Disappointed! I paid $600 to have drain issue resolved last year which the plumber from Yohe assured me would correct my problem. IT DID NOT. Two days later a supervisor showed up and claimed it was a city issue. IT WAS NOT. I tried to contact the supervisor again. HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. After having the city out several times, I recently had to pay a different plumber to correct the roots in my drain line ON MY PROPERTY. More money spent, of course. Never again, Yohe!
Jonathan from Yohe heating and plumbing was here today because I was having difficulty understanding my Rinnai tankless hot water heater. He was excellent!. He explained very clearly how it works and how to set it. He even crawled under the crawl space looking for a return valve. Jonathan and Yohe will certainly be my go to person with any heating or plumbing problems I have going forward. Thank you !!
One phone call, and they made sure our issue was taken care of. There were no worries after we spoke the very 1st time. The kindness and compassion were unbelievable. I recommend them definitely all their services. Over 3 years with other professionals with no resolve. These people came once and corrected the problem within a weeks time from 1st contact.
They said they were there to fix but ended up trying to charge me more money on a set price that was agreed upon. Never use these guys definitely go with Benjamin franklin plumbing which is far superior then these amateurs. NEVER AGAIN! THEY WILL BREAK THEIR OWN CONTRACT TO CHARGE YOU MORE.
Our tankless water heater quit working on a weekend. The on call repairman was out the same day & did his best to try and get it working. He was unable to figure out the problem but had someone here first thing Monday morning and we had hot water by 10:00 am. Very pleased with the service!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Did a nasty job with the plumbing in my new home. Then refused to stand behind their work after paid.
