Alex was knowledgeable, efficient, and truly focused on solving my problem while helping me save money. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to complete repairs that weren’t actually needed. They have definitely become my go-to for plumbing and electrical issues for both myself and my clients. As a realtor, recommending quality professionals is essential in my business, and I feel confident referring them knowing my clients will be well taken care of.
Jesse and Indrek answered all our questions and were very very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! They explained what to expect and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We will definitely have WyattWorks help us in the future! I also appreciate the follow up calls from James regarding the service performed.
Whole team from calling, scheduling, service, to follow up is always so pleasant and helpful. Xander was my tech this time and he was patient and insightful in explaining everything that was going on and answering questions, in a way that made me feel like I was an expert by the time he left. What I liked best was that after Xander unclogged the drain, he was meticulous in double in triple checking for no new drips or leaks, and ensuring that the clog really was clear and not just temporarily before backing up again.
I scheduled an appointment with them because my mother's basement was flooded with sever water. I made an appointment in the morning and they promised to have someone that morning. They latered called and they said they would not come out for another 4 days. I knew a family member of there's so I went out on a limb. I got my mother to go with them instead of someone else. I really advocated for them. And they let me down! Unfortunately, I can't see a way to hold them accountable at this moment.
Called them last week for a quote on a well pump, they canceled day of the estimate. They rescheduled me for Monday morning. Wasted an entire day waiting around for these clowns.
I had a frustrating experience with Wyatt Works and wanted to share it for others to consider. After inspecting our sewer line, the contractor identified root intrusion and presented three tiers of repair options: roughly $7,000 for a partial repair, around $21,000 for a more extensive (about 80%) repair, and $32,000 for a full system replacement. Each option was paired with a monthly payment estimate, which made the conversation feel more focused on financing than on clearly understanding the scope of work. While I understand that different levels of repair can be necessary depending on the condition of the pipes, I didn’t feel like there was a thorough effort to walk me through less invasive or more cost-effective approaches in a clear, balanced way. The situation was presented in a way that felt overwhelming and urgent, and it left me feeling pressured rather than informed. After getting additional opinions, we learned there were significantly more affordable options available that did not involve tearing up our floors or committing to a full replacement. That made the initial recommendations feel more aggressive than necessary. I would strongly recommend that anyone facing a similar issue get a second opinion and ask detailed questions about all possible solutions before making a decision. Edit: I’d also like to note, the prices quoted do not even include the cost to put everything back together. We could have paid 30 grand for them to rip up the basement floor and shower to fix the issue, then would have had to hire different people to put everything back together.
I have previous happy experiences with Wyatt Works and today was no exception. Kyle came out and repaired a damaged power line and installed new outdoor poles and light fixtures. He was meticulous and took extra time to find and order a new kitchen fan. I can say wholeheartedly that this company is fair, honest and performs outstanding work. They are our go-to company. Our salesman, Adam Shunk was not only knowledgeable, professional, and on time, he was personable. He carefully explained what the process was, what he could do today to assess the problem and how things would go in the next steps. We couldn’t be happier! (Ok, no one is happy about a big plumbing issue, but we are confident that Wyatt Works will be able to fix it all!) When we had all the interior and exterior sewer lines replaced, we got a text each time a technician was on the way and and email with their photo and bio. Communication was so good! But all the guys working on this big project were so kind and so expert, I can't say enough. I'd like to do a special thank you to Zac, who brought his power washer after they were done to clean up the muddy remains on the driveway. Today (5/30/25) Trenton Hauenstein from Wyatt Electrical came out and fixed the wiring in a bathroom we are re-doing. He was professional, well prepared and made the helpful suggestion to add a light in the shower. I am thrilled!
We truly appreciate your team being able to come out on such short notice—it made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. The plumber who initially came out was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. Shortly after, the technician who returned with the camera was just as impressive. Together, they quickly identified the issue, resolved it efficiently, and took the time to explain everything along the way. What really stood out was not just fixing the immediate problem, but also offering thoughtful solutions to help prevent future issues. That level of service and care does not go unnoticed. And if all that isn’t enough - the special that was running was unbeatable. I honestly was waiting for a “catch” when they arrived but no catch, just phenomenal service. You’ve earned a customer for life—thank you again for the prompt, professional, and reliable service.
Mike O. Is the best plumber I’ve ever encountered in 63 years. It was clear that Mike is experienced and has an indomitable work ethic. I benefitted from his wealth of knowledge. I really need 10 stars to reflect my total satisfaction! Mike exceeded my expectations in all categories. He also fixed a couple of little things that probably don’t mean much to the plumber, but mean a lot to me. Mike was patient and answered all of my questions in a manner that a laymen can understand. He also gave me insight about what to do or not do, with an eye to the future. Ultimately, I saved money just from his insights. Mike O. Of WyattWorks is now going to be my plumber, for life! Thanks, Mike.
Courtney is truly the best with understanding and communicating the processes. I had a major blockage from my shower and toilet and Wyatt Works was here the next afternoon. Ben was very curious about the issue and even asked to greet my dog to offer comfort. Ben had to utilize multiple points of entrance to clear the clog and did a portion of the work in the rain. All this at his last stop on a Friday afternoon. Phil also came and ran a camera through the line to show exactly what's going on and offer long term solutions. Genuinely could not be happier with the entire team. Will be sharing my experience with anyone who will listen. Wyatt Works has a customer for life!
We had an emergency plumbing need at our home and Wyatt Works Plumbing was assigned for the work order via AFC home warranty services. While AFC provided horrific customer service and actually lost a customer today as a result, Wyatt will remain our plumber when needed. Austin provided phenomenal professional service. Where AFC dropped the ball and denied coverage to simply fix a leaking toilet faucet line and catcher, Wyatt did AND provided a Managers Discount. Austin was courteous from the start, explained what his services would entail, documented the issue with photos and when completed. We give them a 10 out of 10 for sure! Highly recommend.
Wyatt came out promptly as was messaged in advanced, but was not able to give a price on a tankless electric water heater which is what I had originally requested on the phone. Obviously, there was mid communication. They did give a quote on a gas tankless water heater and a regular replacement water heater which I did appreciate. Apparently electric tankless electric water heater are not reliable enough for this company to provide or install. I do appreciate their honesty and advice about tankless water heaters but will not have anything done at this time. There was no charge for coming to the house to check the present setup. Thank you
This is the second time that I use WyattWorks Plumbing and the second time that Dave provided my service. The first time, the service was for my home: replacing a water heater and adding an expansion box. The second time was for my daughter’s home: a split packing nut. In both instances, Dave provided excellent and timely service. What I loved about this second visit was that Dave explained to my daughter what he was doing and why he was doing it. He could have focused his attention on me, as the male at the household, but he focused his attention on my daughter as the homeowner.
The work completed by Jean was exceptional. I knew WyattWorks Plumbing had a strong customer service reputation but I was blown away by the service performed. As part of Jean’s inspection, he even identified a problem that would have caused significant damage if not corrected. And the problem that I called about originally was corrected perfectly. He left our home better than when he arrived. WyattWorks now has a customer for life and I have already told my children about our experience and plan to tell my friends! Exceptional Company, Exceptional Service!
I recently had Jesse McBride from WyattWorks out to my home to tackle a kitchen drain line that has been a recurring headache for years. Jesse was the definition of professional—he didn’t just offer a quick fix, but took the time to reroute the line properly. He was incredibly knowledgeable, detailing all my options and making sure every question I had was answered before he started. It is a huge relief to finally have this resolved. If you need a plumbing technician who is thorough and respectful of your home, ask for Jesse at WyattWorks. Highly recommended!
