I highly recommend works plumbing. Our Lateral Line from our well broke, they did a great job getting us back up and running quickly. Will definitely be using them again with any other plumbing needs!
Works Plumbing completed a new plumbing system for me two years ago, recommended by one of my contractors. The entire process was excellent, great communication, high quality workmanship, and a fair price. Everything has been working perfectly ever since (fingers crossed!). I highly recommend Justin and his team.
We are a General Contractor here in Milwaukee and use Works Plumbing for a variety of projects large and small. Justin is reliable and fair. His crew are knowledgeable, respectful and clean up afterward. My clients clients rave about their services. You will too.
I had Works booked to replace a pipe in my basement floor. I was told they could come the end of the following week. At the end of the following week, I was told he would be delayed until Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week. Since I didn’t have working plumbing, I told him I would be leaving town for the weekend and returning Monday. On Monday morning while I was still away, he calls telling me he could come that morning. I was in an area with poor cell coverage and got his message 5 hours later while traveling home. I returned his call only to get voicemail. When we finally got in touch with each other, I found out he was now delayed until Thursday. I also found out he knew about the opening on Monday on Saturday. If he would have called Saturday, I could have been home for Monday. So, I hired someone else. I don’t know about how good his workmanship is, but the communication skills suck.
Our water heater pilot light went out and I couldn't get it to reignite. I called Works at 10AM and they had it fixed by 12:30PM. They asked me for pictures of our water heater which I sent to them via text and they were able to relay the pictures and issue to a technician in the field who diagnosed the problem, picked up the part they suspected needed to be replaced, and came by to install it ASAP. Their resolution worked and now we have an operational water heater again. I appreciated the fact that they asked for pictures to try and solve the issue remotely (instead of waiting to physically come by and diagnose it) and that they got someone out by us ASAP. Incredible service and they didn't try any sort of upselling of any kind. We also used them to replace a water heater at our old house and they were professional, efficient, and on time back then as well. Couldn't recommend Works Plumbing enough if you're ever in a bind for your plumbing needs, especially for water heater issues.
