Woodstock Plumbing & Drain Clean were wonderful when visiting my property this weekend. They had availability the same day I called and came by with in a few hours to address my issue. Have used them for years for all plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone
Tony was awesome from the moment that he hit the stairs at my mother’s house! I called about a toilet flushing problem! That call turned into the most excellent customer service experience ever! I actually got two toilets reset AND purchased a new toilet! He is invited back to do more work! I highly recommend Tony! Quality work! Great price! I He is awesome and I can’t wait to do more business with him!! see you soon!
Tony is an amazing guy that offers master plumber expertise at a very reasonable price. Anyone reading this review, I strongly advise you to get a quote from this man. You don't get to pay the middle man when you have Tony fixing things for you. Once he is done with his job, you get great satisfaction of great value for money. He is very friendly, his visit takes out the stress and boredom out of a repair job. He will be the first person I will call if I need a plumber in the future.
Plumper scheduled to replace a toilet, then they would not do the job because of the tile work around the toiled. Even after advising that I could remove the tile and the toilet and asked them to install they still did not want to do the job. Why!, is this the first toilet they have had to deal with that had tile around the base? Now I am left finding another plumber! Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this plumber.
After waiting ONE HOUR to get our food after ordering, paying and tipping 25%, this is what we got. My father in law never got his food. I'm writing this review 1.5 hrs after we placed the order. Everyone at the table got food after an hour and 10 mins. 1.5 hours later my father in law still hadn't eaten. We ordered beignets soon after placing our original order. 1.5 hours later still no beignets! I don't know how this place is in business if this is how it's ran. Food: check the pictures! My husband and I ordered Smoked Salmon Lox which is supposed to have cream cheese...almost no cream cheese. My daughters' grilled cheeses were barely warm and the cheese was barely melted. The coffee was good. My latte was delicious and thank goodness I got a to go cup, do not get a mug here cause you never know how your mug is handled! The servers were nice. But unsanitary. While waiting to order, we saw the barista making a coffee. She spilled a little bit and wiped the counter with a towel then used the same towel to wipe the mug all around including the rim. This drink was taken to a customer! The towel used was already dirty with coffee prior to wiping the counter. The counter was wiped and THEN the mug where someone will drink from... really gross! I wouldn't come back here. The excuse given for waiting one hour for food that was not exactly as described "we're busy and everybody is waiting an hour too". Great thank you. Can this be told to the customer when they are ordering? That would be nice. Also, there were several tables that ordered after us that got their food. I was told it all depends on what you order, we ordered grilled cheeses for my girls... level of difficulty in making this is minimal. The salmon lox didn't even have cream cheese so really... what's the excuse?
First timers! The Nest Cafe has everything going for it as far as brunch spots go. First of all, location, location, location, second it serves brunch and everyone in Atlanta loves brunch! Third, it has been sitting incessantly at the very top of my restaurant suggestions on Yelp when I searched for brunch restaurants in my area for over a solid year. You finally got me Yelp! Situated prominently on the corner of the Heritage Walk retail area of ritzy Crabapple/Milton GA, the place was packed when we pulled up with a line out the door. We soon realized that this was an order- at- the -counter type of place. You can easily scan the menu using a very large QR code outside at the entrance so you can be ready to order. This was a modern, incredibly clean establishment and the staff was hustling! The line was nothing at all so don't be afraid to wait. It won't be long. There was plenty of seating inside and out and even on a Saturday at 11am it was a brief wait from start to finish. Impressive. My wife and I both got iced coffee drinks. Iced Dirty Chai Latte, and Iced Latte. They were both pretty good but not earth shattering. We will try something else next time because the other drinks we saw around looked amazing! I ordered the Smoked Salmon Lox sandwich on a croissant with tots and a side of bacon. Weird to me on a croissant, but it was actually really good! Loads of salmon! It was deconstructed with the lox and cream cheese inside, and all of the toppings on the side, tomatoes, cukes, purple onion and capers. The tots were tots. The bacon was EPIC!! My wife got the breakfast plate which was a generous portion of scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, bacon, patty sausage and sour dough toast. They cooked the life out of the eggs. They were over cooked and dry. The toast was grilled and tasty, but, for the money, they really should upgrade the jelly. JS. Everything else was perfect! Finally the beignets just had to be tried! I saw them on several tables. The pastries themselves were really tasty, fluffy and fresh but we didn't care for the dipping sauces. They were unnecessary. We would definitely return to this place for brunch AND lunch! This is not just breakfast fare. Plenty of healthy options which I seek out but almost never find dining out. We loved the vibe on the patio and it was a perfect day for it! There are a lot of other things on the menu that I want to try! It was a bit pricy. We dropped over $60 for brunch for two. I don't mind that occasionally but the experience needs to hit on all points. The staff at The Nest are impressive and the restaurant is well run! Lots of menu items to try! We will be back! Get here for a great patio experience!
I was looking for a Brunch spot after dropping my dog off for a bath and this place was recommended by the groomer and was also the 1st spot on yelp when I was looking. Let me just say this, the food was GREAT! To make this review no so lengthy, just know all the food we had tasted good and this will be more on the portions, price, ambiance, and service. I had a Lolly Waffle (a waffle on a stick) with a side of tater tots ($11.5) and eggs. I wanted eggs and bacon but that would've been $7 extra so I just stuck with eggs only ($3). Most places I'm scared to eggs because I like them scrambled hard (no wetness) and this place had them right on the FIRST try. And it was more than just 1 egg too. My fiancé had the Southern South Croissant Sandwich with tater tots ($12.5). The sandwich was good the only caveat to this dish was that the chicken was a little spicy for him. (Granted he does not like spicy food at all) The Strawberry Mimosas pitcher ($28) ($8 for individual glasses) was not too overpowering on strawberries or champagne. We fined it all lol. One thing I feel they should inhabit is an overhead fan at the front door. With the doors remaining open, flies tend to fly in and this would prevent that from happening. So instead of just relaxing and enjoying the food and atmosphere, we were swatting our food constantly and using a napkin to cover the pitcher. Also, while waiting on our food, a bird flew in and was by another table making them get up out their seats. The staff acted accordingly and didn't panic and opened the garage style door to let it out then closed it afterwards. Due to constant shooing of flies I had to knock a star off. Hence the 4 star review. Also, it's not so much restaurant style where you have a waiter coming to take your order, but as soon as you come in you order at the register and it is brought out to your table.
Overall The Nest is worth the trip for a casual breakfast in the Crabapple area of Milton. 3.75 stars. Parking is easy as there is garage and lot parking in the building complex. Parking on Sundays can get a little more difficult since Whitetail is busy with cyclists parking in the adjacent lot, meeting up for their weekend ride. Stand in line to order at the counter. The menu is on the wall. You pay at the register, get your number, then find a table. Pro tip: when it's busy designate an order person, have them stand in line and order for you so you can find your preferred table. There are tables both inside the building and outside on the patio, overlooking the busy street, the latter having nice umbrellas to provide shade. Everything is good at The Nest. Breakfast items are all upscale. We like the egg, cheese and bacon croissant. The +sausage option is good, too. It's a fork and knife type dish. The tots are a tasty side dish, but I suggest ordering them well-done. Otherwise they tend come out a bit on the light side. The Nest has some nice salads and a few lunch sandwiches like chicken salad. All are yummy. We don't love their coffee - it's just ok - but with the right barista their cappuccino's can be a work of art, with an intricate latte design on top. One note to ownership: the bus pans in the courtyard attract flies and bees. I know it's convenient to have them closer to the tables, but fwiw the number of insects visiting your customers' food could be reduced by moving the dirty plates and silver away from the seating areas. Service is simple. Entrees are a la carte and about $10-15. Sides are about $4. It's good to have The Nest nearby in Crabapple. Enjoy!
Had such high expectations as this location is a short walk from our house. Location great, atmosphere good, staff absolutely pleasant. Unfortunately the food and coffee drinks will leave you lacking if you have true cafe standards vs cafeteria. Example: ordered the traditional breakfast only to find out the eggs are not made to order. They're basically liquid eggs out of a container so served "scrambled", but not scrambled like at home, more similar to cafeteria. Entree came with sausage patty, bacon, very basic toast, and sweet potato tater tots. I'm being honest here, this could of been a school or hospital cafeteria meal. My daughters meal is where I was really let down, as was she. We ordered French toast which was basically 4 pieces of large fluffy bread deep fried in what I swear had to be the same vat of oil they used to deep fry the tater tots. They literally tasted the same. My wife had a warm chicken wrap with salad which was fine. Literally just fine. Nothing special. My cappuccino was more like a 12 ounce hot milk latte with a shot or two of Espresso. At best this was a latte, but even that's a stretch. So 3 entrees and my cappuccino for $50 with 15% tip. If, and a big IF, we go back I'm sure it'll be for a mimosa for my wife and a very basic coffee or espresso for me. Cannot see eating here again.
Nest Cafe Alpharetta We enjoyed our meal here. The tortilla soup had a little heat to it. A hearty mixture of veggies with small amounts of chicken & beans. It was also good for dipping, which I did with my chicken ceasar wrap. A bite of the wrap, then a dip into the soup. Although the wrap by itself was tangy & juicy. The wrap was grilled, with a perfect crunch, which held the ingredients in nicely. But I still made a delightful mess as usual. Wifey said she thoroughly enjoyed her California Croissant Sandwich. Which featured a chipolte mayo & Chipolte Gouda cheese. I stole her avocado slices & added it to my side salad that came as part of the wrap combo. (she dsnt love avacados) Tha food came 10 minutes after order. I prefer to sit while I'm ordering, but this is a Cafe, & everything starts at the counter. They bring the food to the table, so go ahead & tip when you pay. (which I really don't like bc I'm looking to see if the service is consistent) & the service was very good. It was early afternoon, after church, and there was plenty of Natural light coming through the many windows of the 50 seat cafe. There is plenty of parking behind the small mall area to accommodate all who come. Outdoor seating available. It's also a pet friendly atmosphere. Nest Cafe you have been Tongue Tested
A new favorite brunch place for me in Milton. The Nest Cafe also has a location in Alpharetta, but I liked this one even better. My friends and I came here for an Eid brunch on a Friday morning and were all extremely happy with our experience. First of all, I have never visited a brunch spot with such reasonable (and JUSTIFIED) prices. They really didn't skimp on the portion sizes and the food was all delicious. The lollywaffles (9.95) and beignets (7.95) definitely lived up to the hype. I would recommend all of our main dishes: The Nest panini (12.95) Smoked salmon croissant (11.25) Egg and cheese croissant (5.95) Since we'd been fasting every day for the past 30 days, we accidentally ordered with our stomachs and all ended up in food comas. We also got sides of tater tots (4) and chicken tortilla soup, raspberry sunrise smoothie and a small matcha latte (~$4). I love that all of their smoothies are sugar free and they have an extensive coffee menu if you're looking for caffeine. There's ample seating indoors and outdoors and we got our food really quickly for how much we ordered! There's also a free parking lot right behind the cafe. A perfect brunch spot to visit with friends and family on a sunny day
I love their original location in downtown Alpharetta right near Main Street, and this location in Crabapple is just as great. Stopped in the other morning post-pilates class and it was a wonderful addition to my weekend! I went for my usual grilled chicken caesar wrap with a side of their waffle fries (sometimes I go for the tater tots because those are also crispy & delicious). I also ordered a latte (picture attached), which hit just right and warmed me right up. The Nest Cafe is designed so you order at the register and then you are given a number to bring to a table of your choosing. They offer indoor and outdoor seating, and it can fill up pretty quickly indoors (especially these winter months), but from my own experience, the tables seem to flip quickly and people are respectful not to linger too long if there are others waiting for a table. They have a pretty expansive menu for a cafe, and they even offer gelato for dessert. Their tree of life smoothie is absolutely delicious and another personal favorite, and I still plan to try their matcha and chai latte.
The Nest was the perfect late lunch stop. The staff was so friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. I was wavering between a few sandwiches and at their suggestion I got the Philly and a choconana chunk. My husband got the nest panini and a dirty chai. The Philly was great! The bread was soft and the overall sandwich had great flavor. The tater tots were crispy which I love. The choconana chunk was honestly my favorite thing. Perfect texture because it wasn't too thick to where you can't get anything in the straw like some smoothies and shakes tend to be. Classic combo of chocolate, banana and pb. My husband liked the panini but said the chicken was a little dryer than he'd like but some extra chipotle sauce did the trick. The pasta salad was great. We ate outside because it was a lovely day, but there is plenty of indoor seating as well. Cute and cozy. Overall we will definitely come back and try more menu items next time! Excited to try their specials.
I decided to try The Nest for a coworkers going away breakfast. This location offers the "lolly waffle" (waffle on a stick, what fun!) as an option "to-go", and this is the reason I chose this location. Since it was a big order, $200, I placed the order the day before with a pickup time of 8:15. I walk in at 8:20, and I am told it's not ready, it'll be at least another 15 minutes. Now, I know what you're thinking, they are busy.. no, there are 2 gentlemen with coffee at tables in the cafe and 4 people behind the registers catching up from the weekend. Location is horrible. You pull behind the building and walk up 2 flights of stairs to the road and then along the front to find the business. Being in heels and a dress, to carry my Togo down to my car, this is something I would've like to have known. Very disappointing first interaction with this restaurant, I surely won't be back. I hope I'm on time for my 9:30 meeting...
Waited nearly an hour... good thing my lunch companion was easy on the eyes. Ordering was fast and they quickly brought our drinks. Then my husband's sandwich arrived. But my panini wasn't ready yet. Ten minutes past, and we asked the lady who took our order about it and she snapped "we're running a 20 minute wait!". While I can completely understand how long it takes to make a panini, my husband had already received his and finished it. When it had been 40 minutes (giving them the benefit of the doubt that it takes 40 minutes to make a sandwich - granted others had already received their food all around), we asked again and were told they were still working on it. If they could have just owned it (maybe they forgot, maybe they took it to the wrong table, who knows) and apologized, I would not have felt the need to let others know that just past The Nest is Knuckies - a delicious sub place that actually completes your order.
