“He told me exactly what I needed to do to get it authorized from the manufacturer and, after that was accomplished, he replaced it as soon as the gas crisis from the hurricane had subsided. When we went to the store to exchange the heater they wanted to pro-rate it but James, as the authorized warranty repair plumber, straightened them out and it was swapped at no charge.”
