We had a tankless water heater fail on us. I called my usual plumbing company and they had no availability for even emergency service. I was even on their paid membership program. Well I called The Woodlands Heating and Air Conditioning and a senior technician was available immediately. Mr Ray was thorough in his repair assessment and explained clearly and showed me exactly what failed and how it could be repaired. He called the factory rep to have the replacement part delivered overnight. My wife and I decided to replace the unit as it was at the end of it's warranty. Mr Ray provided us with reasonable choices and never pressured us to purchase. The price was Excellent. The following morning Mr Chase and Mr Tyler were right on time and ready to work. They were very friendly and considerate and worked quietly and quickly. They took great care to keep the area clean and answer all of my questions about the new unit. I am so very pleased with The Woodlands Plumbing and Air. They are now my go to company for Plumbing and if I need my AC units looked at they will be my first call next time. Thank you Mr Ray, Mr Chris and Mr Tyler.

From the moment Jordan and Manager Dontay arrived this morning, their attention to detail impressed me. They handled everything flawlessly and took time to explain each issue thoroughly. I must say, since becoming a member of this company, I have no complaints. Every employee who came out to my residence has been absolutely professional. I have been satisfied with every employee. No pressure, no money-grab tactics, just straight business-oriented. If you want your HVAC system looked at, I suggest this company. To the owner or manager of this company, every employee who came out to my residence has provided great customer service. I truly hope you are taking care of them. I cannot say enough about how professional and competent Woodlands Plumbing and Air performed. We had an. issue that was extremely difficult to source and the technicians stuck to it and kept at it until it was resolved. Jordan and Samuel were magnificent and very courteous even under the difficult circumstances. A shout out to both of them. Thank you.

Really disappointing that whoever’s driving your company truck doesn’t know how to drive properly. Almost hit me and my son twice and when I pulled up beside him, he’s got his phone resting on his gut not looking at the road. And then continue to swerve in between the lanes. This is not somebody you should have on the road.

We have relied on Woodlands heating and air for 6 years now. Absolutely best AC /heat company around. Always honest and so Informative. Tyler answered all my questions today and did a great job on our semi annual maintenance. Highly recommend ! Now I want to add to my review 4/17/25.. our 15 year old AC unit was a slow death. So now it was time to buy a new system. We were fully informed on our system failures and decided it was time to replace it before it died in the middle of Sumer. Jeff gave us our options and we went with a Trane! The crews came out today and worked tirelessly, were friendly and informative and now at 7:15 pm we are up and running. Great perk was 12 mos no interest financing which made this a stress free transaction. We couldn’t recommend Woodlands Plumbing and Air enough. Thank you Jeff Walker for your service!
