I don't write many reviews, but this service was exceptional. Nicky arrived on time and was very friendly. My husband is high risk for covid-19 complications, so we asked him to wear a mask, and we wore masks. He went back to the truck and found one without complaint even though he finds the mask difficult to wear while working, which we understand. We really appreciated his flexibility on this. Nicky quickly identified the problem with our leaking shower and repaired it. The price was very reasonable. A totally satisfactory experience. Thank you Nicky and Woodburn Plumbing for excellent customer service and professional work.

I had the best experience with Steve from Woodburn Plumbing. He was professional, efficient, and very nice. I recently bought my first house. I didnt know what to expect when my bathroom faucet broke. Steve explained what I needed to purchase and then he came right out again and installed my new beautiful faucet. I would recommend Woodburn Plumbing to everyone!!!!

One of their employees stopped his van, got out to threaten me, swore, etc bc we both had to avoid a truck in a parking lot. I rolled down my window to make light of the situation but he threatened me by getting out of his truck like a coward just behind my car. When I called the business to express this who is representing their company-the owner Victor was even worse!!! No apology, completely demeaning and not listening to me. The employee also yelled and swore at me for getting the business number off the van. Who does that?? Who supports a business that the owner is just as horrid??? Find another plumber. There are fantastic ones locally. Like Christenson plumbing.

These guys need to work on their interpersonal skills. Very rude and demanding. Unprepared for the job, example given: they didn't have a wet dry vacuum to pick up the water they left on the ground. Save yourself a headache and give your business to a better rated business.
