The nicest and most knowledgeable techs I have met. Ben my tech was courteous honest and got the job done quick. They were on time and prompt. This was my first time using Wisler for anything. I wont use anyone else from here on out. We'll worth the money when you know you got the right team for the job.

Exceptional customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I had recently left a poor review on my service as I felt it was way overpriced. But, the owner took time to call me and explain the price points for certain tasks and even insisted on refunding the job as they strive for customer satisfaction. I'm very impressed by the owner taking time and talking me through it and especially not being defensive on any level. Professional and polite to say the least. I had originally posted that this company is overpriced and will take advantage of people. "Open mouth, insert foot". I'm so impressed with the way Wisler handled this situation that I absolutely will use them for any future home needs. In hindsight, I think it's also beneficial for customers to research the average cost of a job prior to initiating a service request. I highly recommend this company.
