Customer service is an AI-chat bot first. When you eventually get a live person, they are rude. HL Bowman has now missed the appointment windows twice in a row. It is frustrating to take a day to work at home and have them not show up or be hours later …”

“I had a great experience with the whole team. Lucas came to do a free maintenance and we concluded that my existing Goodman furnace was on its last legs after 20 years. We discussed options and negotiated a price smoothly. Got a 10 year warranty wrapped in and twice a year free maintenance. The next day Zack and his assistant ( name?) came out and installed an entire A/C and furnace without a glitch. I was impressed …”
