David arrived promptly to inspect my tankless water heater. He even texted me to inform me of his arrival. Upon his arrival, he thoroughly inspected the water heater and explained the functions of each component. After evaluating the situation, we decided to replace the unit, as it was over 20 years old. David recommended a suitable replacement and outlined the services they could provide once the installation was complete. I accepted his offer, and he quickly prepared the necessary paperwork. On the same day, I received a call from his office, and they began scheduling an appointment for the installation of the new unit. They found a suitable date, and I was up and running with a visit from a plumber named James. James also called me the day of and texted me with a 30-minute window in advance to inform me of his arrival. James arrived with his assistant and the new unit. He explained the installation process and estimated the time required. He informed me that the current location for the old tank was too small for a newer tank. Thus, the unit he came with, was not going to work because it was too large. He offered options, but it would take approximately 3 to 4 days to obtain a suitable replacement. However, he managed to find a perfect tank elsewhere that required him to drive to pick it up to ensure timely delivery. Superman James took the initiative to pick up the tank and install it in less time than waiting for it to be shipped. I greatly appreciate his efforts in going above and beyond to ensure that I received the tank and that my tenant had hot water. The only issue was that there was a missing piece in the sealed tankless water heater box. Superman James promptly visited a local big-box store and retrieved the missing part. He even provided me with a decorative plate to cover the venting from the outside of the house. In the end, James’s installation was flawless and exceptionally clean. From day one to the end of the installation, customer service was top-notch. From the office staff to the actual technicians servicing, they were all very polite and professional. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of just an inspection or bigger jobs. I appreciate the promptness and efficiency, David, James, and the rest of their crew did for me and my tenants. What a great company!

I called Windy City Rooter to snake out a slow drain. They discovered a collapsed pipe with their camera. My house is on a slab so with further review with their camera, it was discovered that my 50+ year old sewer pipe in my slab needed to be replaced including my bathroom drains all the way to my septic. The whole crew worked at my house for a week. They were at my house early and stayed until 4:30. Some of the days they worked later to get the job completed. Max the owner and all the guys who worked on this project were professional and always answered my questions. They did the best they could with putting up plastic in area's to help isolate the dust. They are a great company to work with as they are very knowledgeable with this type of work. They even told me to contact them when I'm finished remodeling my bathrooms and they will come out and install the replacement toilets they provided me at no cost.

The entire team at Windy City Rooter are wonderful. This company was referred to me by my realtor and I would recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for an experienced professional plumber don't look any further. I had pretty significant work done at my house where a 5 foot section of my garage floor needed to be excavated to repair a broken pipe. From the consultation to the execution of the work their communication and professionalism was excellent.... helpful, responsive and didn't stop until the job was done. Dave, Keith and the team in the office are great, knowledgeable and efficient. 5* use them.... Thank you!

I absolutely love Windy City Rooter. Joe's crew was incredible. They are the most professional group of guys that ever worked for me. I am so impressed with how polite they all were. They respected my property and me. Very reasonably price for what they did. They did so much more than expected. They cleaned up the yard and inside the house before they left. Joe made sure I was comfortable with everything that was done and made sure I understood everything. Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
