Jose Bravo was the technician that serviced my septic system. He was very knowledgeable of the system and took time to explain how everything worked and what steps to take for my system to work properly over time. His professionalism and dedication to his craft shows from the moment he arrived. Will continue using Wind River Environmental for my home and suggest them to anyone.
Tyler was so awesome!!! He was at our home a little after 7:00 and took the time to explain everything to my husband (man talking over poo, what could be better) we will be sure to use your company and hopefully Tyler again in the future. The tech sent by Wind River, Jose Bravo, did an excellent job. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do and had a very pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor. He had to work under difficult weather conditions and yet took his time in making sure everything was done properly. I’ve used Wind River three times for septic tank issues, and I’ve been very pleased with the workers they have sent. Very communicative and courteous

Kind, Professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. We’re so grateful for his service and will absolutely be recommending this company to others because of him!!! Absolutely the best!!!
Jose was awesome! He came in, looked at the inlet and the outlet, drained the tank again educated us on what’s happening. He told us how to maintain the unit. He was very professional and friendly. Thank you for sending him our way. Great guy!!
