We had a geothermal system installed when we built our home, knowing that it was an energy efficient system that we wanted to last for a number of years. We invested in a “top-of-the-line” model, and 8 years in had a small leak in the water tank affiliated with the system. When I reached out to our installer twice, he never returned our calls or texts, so we had to do some hunting to find a company willing and knowledgeable to come look at it. We had a company “service” it once that SAID they could fix it, but they left saying they couldn’t figure it out, but that they would research and get back to us. After not hearing from them for a few weeks, I called back and was told they would be calling me soon - no one ever returned my call. My husband and I desperately began looking again for an HVAC company that serviced geo systems, and THANKFULLY we came across Wind Bender, who not only sent someone out in a reasonable time frame, but also openly communicated with us about everything. When Matt came out, he serviced the unit, tried a few things to repair the system, but when that didn’t work, he let us know! Just a week or two later, we heard from them that they were going to try another part, and if that didn’t work, they would contact the manufacturer to replace the unit. The part didn’t work as we hoped, so they proceeded to order the replacement tank, which was under warranty), and today they replaced it. Not only were the technicians polite, respectful of our home, and knowledgeable, but Matt pointed out to me today before he left that our system wasn’t being used optimally. He proceeded to show me how to make a simple change on our thermostat to make the system run and ensure maximum energy efficiency. You can’t ask for better service than that! Wind Bender will be our service provider from now on.

Fantastic service all around and a great company to do business with. My water softener stopped working properly, salt usage was way down and system as at the time me of its lifecycle. Contacted Matt, he walked through the best unit for my house, gave comparisons for the unit warranty compared to my previous Kinetico unit, and provided a quick accurate quote for the job. The Wind Bender team was very knowledgeable and professional. Mike was the technician on the install. He explained the new system in detail and the job was completed efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend this locally owned company and appreciate all of their assistance.
