“They replaced the kitchen sink in my mothers house a year or so ago, installed it in a way that makes it impossible to do self repairs without taking the whole sink out, left the faucet with very low water pressure and didnt even hook up the garbage disposal. Had to do a repair this week and ended up having take the entire sink out just to replace the faucet.”

We had to use our home serve insurance to help take care of costs as this isn't a cheap repair...after insurance was taken out we had to pay the rest out of pocket. We were at our wits end and wasn't able to pay it in full but offered to do 500 dollar payments for the little bit that was left over. Matt allowed us to do this. I am so thankful for Williams …”
