On 9 14 2017 I had my main shut off valve in my home strip out I called Willard plumming and Brian came out right away and with Mike they had it fixed in no time. Great job mike and the crew for a outstanding job .My water was back on again and We appreciate the job you guys done Best plummers in the area at a fair price and most of all always there for the customer thanks Jim&Justine home owners We highly recommend Willard plumming for all your plumming needs.

Willard plumbing did all the work in new construction and over the last 7 years I have had so many issues with there work I would be embarrassed as a company. Multiple leaks, vents not glued, both shower drains have blown apart and caused water damaged, dishwasher connections blown apart, tub was forgotten to be hooked up and backwards waterlines. Hot water lines rattling after years and numerous bleeds and still loud. If you use this company please ask them to double check their work because clearly they don’t. Oh and today also the outside spicket joint leaking behind wall. Awesome!!!! Thanks Willard even 7 years later and your still sticking it to me

Tells people that he will come out the same day and he does not come out he never called back either. I called for my parents he never came. I had to get somebody else for my parents more satisfied with the other people 100% more satisfied at least they know what they’re doing and they are reliable. This guy should not be a plumber he says he would come out but never showed left my parents wondering if he was coming or not and I was there at the house the whole day. He left my parents tub full of water didn’t want to come out because he had better things to do. Not worth the time.

Does good work but charges over double the fees other companies charge. Which surprises me because my husband was referring a lot of work to him. He charged same day rates to an elderly physician I rent from with a struggling office during the Pandemic for a call that was scheduled ahead of time, not on the weekend nor after business hours. Just not cool.
