Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain LLC

One of my kids flushed a shampoo bottle cap and plugged the toilet. No amount of plunging and augeriing would get it out. So I called Willamette Valley Sewer & Drain. Dillon responded and had to take the stool out of the floor and extract the cap from the back side. I appreciated his fast, friendly, and professional service. I saved the cap and left it in the sink next to the toilet planning to talk to the kids about it when they got home from school. Incredibly, before I could do that, one of them flushed the cap again! I called Dillon, explained what happened, and he performed the same service at no charge! Best plumbing service ever!

Dylan came and helped to clear our drain within 2 days after calling, he was quick and efficient after we had dealt with horrible other plumbers. Would definitely recommend!

Was Christmas Eve and my basement had flooded from a backed up drain line. DIY was not solving this problem. I didn’t figure anyone would come out on Christmas Eve and was leaving a message, when Dylan picked up the phone. He came right out. The clog was more than 40 feet out from the drain line, and I have an older home that added to the challenge, but by 8 o’clock that evening, plumbing was restored, and we had a great Christmas. Dylan was caring, considerate, and beyond competent.

Wow! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I called Dylan and he was here within 15 minutes—seriously impressive. We had another company out about four weeks ago that snaked the line from the bathtub to the house cleanout, but they never checked the cleanout to the street. Fast forward to today and everything backed up into the house—sinks, toilets, tubs, all of it. 😩 The prior company refused to look at the street cleanout and still charged me $794 just to snake the drain… and didn’t actually fix the problem. Dylan and Lewis with Willamette Valley Sewer immediately pulled the cleanout, brought out the cameras, and found the real issue. It’s going to cost me more to repair, but at least now I know what’s actually wrong—and it’s being handled correctly. I will absolutely be using Willamette Valley Sewer for all of our sewer needs going forward. Honest, fast, thorough, and professional. Thank you, Dylan and Lewis! 👏

Awesome experience! We had prompt and super friendly service. Our main sewage pipe was unclogged, and our clean out fixed that we broke at a very reasonable price. I highly highly recommend Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain!
