Wilbur's has been our go-to for all of our A/C-Heating needs for our home and have never let us down. Our unit failed over the weekend, and they came out on a Saturday to assess the situation. Our Tech Edgar Salgado was super nice and explained everything that was required to replace our unit. They provided us with a portable A/C unit until they replaced our defunct unit on Monday, which they did quickly and professionally. They went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable during all of this, which was greatly appreciated. I recommend them for all of your A/C-Heating needs. We had a rather significant HVAC emergency arise after hours and Justin Humphries was on site to evaluate it within an hour of my service call. He took the time to perform a thorough inspection and provided us with a very detailed, easy-to-understand explanation of the problems. There were multiple issues, and he saw to it that everything was repaired to our satisfaction that evening. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Justin responded to a very stressful situation, and left us feeling confident in the resolution and in our relationship with Wilbur’s. Susie, in their office, also could not have been more helpful. She responded quickly to our initial call for service, maintained contact while Justing was being dispatched, and even followed up the next day to make sure that we were satisfied with the service. Again, a stressful situation was made better by her professionalism and friendliness. Both Justin and Susie affirmed our confidence in Wilbur’s service, and I highly recommend Wilbur’s for all HVAC needs.

Jonathan and his help was very respectful and knowledgeable. Did a great job doing the work and was very thorough. I would definitely have him back out to do work in the future. Wilbur has earned a customer for life. They also did great helping us finance the grinder pump and work. The office workers did a great job scheduling and staying in contact with us. It went as great as a emergency high cost repair could go. Thanks!

I contacted Wilbur AC, Heating & Plumbing after reading outstanding reviews. They did not disappoint. From first contact with scheduling to the actual repairs, everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. The plumbers, Andrew and Josh were very nice. They arrived on time, found and repaired the leak in no time. Additionally, I wanted a whole house replumb quote, which I got, and they will be returning to change out the plumbing. I want to give a special thanks to Andrew, who is an extremely knowledgeable plumber. I was not comfortable about taking out walls for this whole house replumb until Andrew explained the replumb process for my house. It made me feel much better that they would not have to knock out a bunch of sheet rocks walls to replace the existing pipes, but rather reroute the plumbing. Thanks so much for making me feel better about the process.

Would highly recommend Wilbur's, they were easy to reach on the phone and very prompt at scheduling a time to come look at my plumbing project. Brady did a great job explaining what they would replace and how everything works. I appreciate that Susie was very communicative about who to expect and when. Jason completed the work very well, he was very knowledgeable and friendly, and even took the time to give quotes on a few other future projects I have. Overall, made the process easy, very pleased with the results, and will be using them again.
