Austin came and fixed our heater that stopped working last night. We called this morning around 8 and we were lucky that he arrived around 10. Very prompt service! Austin is very polite and friendly. He got it taken care of and we are so happy to have heat in our home with the part he replaced. We have been very satisfied every time we have had to call. I had a plumbing emergency this morning when I discovered water leaking from my ceiling around 6:15 AM after flushing an upstairs toilet. I called Wighton’s Plumbing before 7:00 AM, and they had someone at my house by a little after 8:00 AM. Nate was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the issue, walked me through everything he was doing, cleared the blockage, and verified that everything was working properly again. His professionalism and expertise truly saved the day. I highly recommend Wighton’s Plumbing to anyone needing reliable, fast, and quality service!

I’ve relied on Wighton’s for a few home repairs in the last year. I’ve had 2 leaks on my recirculating pipes in the last few years that were repaired by other plumbing companies …and they both failed. Wightons came in, assessed the problem, and came up with a much stronger solution. Everything has been working great since. Last summer, My AC died and they came and did some troubleshooting. I found out my compressor was dead and was going to cost thousands to fix. I had an existing warranty on my compressor, and they went to bat for me to get a replacement from the manufacturer after the manufacturer initially said no. They also worked with me on the price to save me money where they could. I purchased an annual inspection package with the AC repair, and I recently had them out to do an inspection of the heating system. Fortunately everything checked our great, and they’ll be back in a few months to look at the AC again before the summer starts. The staff have all been fantastic to work with. Each one has been so friendly and respectful. Moreover, they seem to really care about the work that they do. I will continue to use Wightons for any home repair needs that come up

As a homeowner, we have not had the best experiences with certain trades. That was definitely not the case with Wighton! From the beginning of the process, every employee we dealt with, was incredibly professional AND respected our home as they carried out the project. The representative who first came to assess our needs was timely, and informative. The superintendent who came for the walk-through to confirm that the notes he had, matched what we were expecting, also was very thorough. The employees who carried out and performed the actual project showed up ON TIME, were so respectful of our home, they were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
