Before we listed our house for sell, we were aware that we'd need to upgrade our septic field and drain system. New York Plumbing made me so happy. They were very reasonable and arrived on time. Their original estimate was even lower! Although we had his mobile phone number, we did not need to contact the owner. Joelle performed the first visit and dropped by numerous times throughout the entire project. All of the staff was wonderful to deal with. He regularly checked in with us to update the status and made one last courtesy check to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction. Flavie's leadership of the team was a real pleasure. He listened to us carefully.
