I was attended to very promptly. The gentleman was extremely polite and professional and he changed out my garbage disposal (which was not working) and then he figured out that the electrical switch for the disposal was out, and he changed that out as well. I highly recommend Whitestone Plumbing. I have found my forever plumber !

Harley responded to my issue very quickly. He came on a Saturday and was there within just a couple hours of my original phone call. He was polite and professional, and got right to work fixing my water heater. He helped me to understand what was going wrong and how to avoid it in the future. It ended up being hard water buildup on my heating elements causing issues with my emergency switch shutting off the water heater and breakers tripping. After a few days, I noticed the issue persisted, so I called him back. He came back same day and replaced the thermostat free of charge. That seemed to have done the trick. Very happy with my service. I highly recommend Harley and will be using him in the future for any other plumbing problems I have. He also came upstairs to check the water and put covers on his shoes before he stepped on my carpet, which was a great touch!

Second time I’ve used Ben and he was excellent again. I had a leaky hot-water connection to my washer and water was spraying everywhere (a DIY attempt made it worse). Ben immediately understood what was happening, gave me a quote on the spot, and the final price matched the quote exactly. He arrived right at 7:00am and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. He’s been a plumber for 15+ years and owns the company, so it’s great working directly with the owner/master plumber. Reasonable pricing, great communication, and quality work. Highly recommend. 1st review Ben was fantastic. He was quick to respond, up front about his pricing and on-time. I was very impressed by his knowledge and his willingness to do a better than good job. Would I hire him again? Absolutely. A good guy, a good job, and good pricing. Just what you’re looking for in a plumber. And he cleaned up after himself!

Our son just bought his first house and wouldn’t you know it, the first night we spent there, the sewer line backed up and overflowed. On a Sunday morning, we called Whitestone Plumbing. We randomly picked them because they were close and it looked like the owner was actually the person doing the work. In fact, Harley(Ben), the owner answered our call and said he would be there in less than 2 hours. Remember, this is Sunday morning. He arrived early, did not charge extra for a weekend call and quickly found the issue using state of the art equipment. He got us up and running quickly and scheduled a day to come back and fix the problem (roots in the sewer line). That was done just like he said he would and we didn’t even have to be there. Harley was very professional, did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and we feel his prices were very fair. We are from a small town and have grown to expect this kind of service. We never expected to find this in a large metropolitan area, but that’s exactly what we got with Whitestone Plumbing. We highly recommend this business and will not hesitate to call again for our plumbing needs.

On a Sunday night around 10pm we looked up and saw a water stain in our hall ceiling, determined the leak was coming from the upstairs toilet, and called Ben. He called me back within 1min, gave me directions on how to get the leak 100% stopped on my own that night, then said he'd do his best to come by before his 9am appointment the next day. And he did! 6:45am the next day, Ben showed up to get the ball rolling. Later in the day he came back to install the new toilet and finish up. He also referred me to a water restoration company to deal with the situation between the upstairs bathroom and downstairs hallway ceiling. I highly recommend Whitestone Plumbing and will 100% use them again and refer them out to everyone.

Best plumber ever. My instance Whitestone was 1/2 of the quotes i got from 3 others. Previous home owners had installed a water softener and done the piping themselves. It was poorly done, overly complicated and looked like hammered crap. I sent Whitestone pics of the spaghetti install. Whitestone replaced and upgraded the pvc nightmare to copper. As an aside, i don't normally trust service repair persons to be there when I am not home. I had no issues with Whitestone. Would easily give them the key and let them work when I wasn't home. Also, they cleaned up their mess. I have had electricians and plumbers make a mess, leave it, and insist it's not their problem. Whitestone treated my home like their own.

10/10 top notch service from a locally owned business. Had an emergency water heater replacement after our old one went kaput. Ben is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest and kind. He gave us great tips on proper maintenance to get the most out of our new water heater and was happy to answer all of our questions. He made sure all questions were answered before he left. We are very confident with Ben’s work and will continue doing business with Whitestone plumbing might we need them. Thanks again!

Reached out to Ben with pictures of a sink and faucet replacement I needed help with. He replied quickly and was at my home the very next day early in the morning, he got the job done quickly and it looks amazing! He was also reasonably priced and always asked upon him finding new things, he seems very honest and fair. He was excellent to work with. My sink looks amazing now and I am so excited! Support small honest businesses like Ben’s! I’ll def be reaching out to him in the future for my plumbing needs!

We had an outdoor pipe crack during the recent freeze and had water gushing out causing a flood in our yard. I'm so glad we called Whitestone plumbing. Having your water shut off for any period of time can be awful but thanks to them we were up and running in no time. The service was excellent and they were so friendly and professional. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. I accidentally broke my PRV valve while trying to adjust my home’s water pressure and found myself in a bind on a Sunday. Whitestone Plumbing responded quickly and arrived within an hour of my call. The plumber was knowledgeable, efficient, and fixed the issue right away. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend Whitestone Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional plumber.

Had Ben come out for a clogged toilet but it ended up being the grinder pump float system had something stuck to one of the floats and it had backed up and was overflowing! 😩 He got everything unstuck and back to normal! All that for $178!!! I’m calling this guy again, not Lantz’s! Oh and SALT plumbing wanted $199 just in case you needed to know what they were going to charge. Thank you Ben you made my Friday the 13th less horrific! 👏👏👏

Ben from Whitestone Plumbing was really nice, very attentive and responsive. He got here and was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. It was such an easy experience, and he was just a really nice person overall. He took care of the issue right away and even mentioned he wouldn’t charge me if he wasn’t able to unclog my toilet, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Whitestone Plumbing!

Ben was amazing! He showed up exactly when he said he would. Was courteous and professional and answered all my questions. He was able to clear a drain that someone else wasn't able to clear. He located the issue (my AC drains to that sink!), worked hard to clear the clog, then showed me how I could do maintenance to keep it clear. VERY fair pricing as well. Would definitely call him again!

Ben provided excellent service when a pipe in my front yard decided to become a sprinkler one early morning this week. We spoke and I texted him pics of the issue, and was able to provide a reasonable quote and thorough explanation of what the fix will be. No hassle or added hidden fees. I highly recommend using Whitestone Plumbing. I woke to a gas leak. Called the gas company. They came and found a leaking gas line and said to call a plumber. I found Whitestone plumbing on Yelp. They came the same day and found the problem and fixed it same day. He went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend their services and use them again.
