I truly cannot recommend Whips Plumbing enough! Gary and Alec have both been out to my home and have provided such outstanding, professional, honest, and timely service. Each of them took the time to explain the service to me and make recommendations for maintenance and upgrades to my older home. Charlene was wonderful to speak to and schedule services and help to get service quickly. I appreciate all of their hard work and will certainly continue to use and recommend them in the future!

He quickly and efficiently fixed my plumbing at home so when the church i pastor recently had a broken pipe, I called Gary who rushed over to fix the problem. Both problems were emergencies that he and his crew quickly solved. Excellent professional service at a fair price and a guarantee.

Cannot say enough about how great Whipps Plumbing is. I thought i was going to have to have my hot water tank replaced and I did not. Great customer service. Answered all my questions and gave really great advice. I highly recommend them. Update: I had to have a new hot water heater installed and was so happy with the install and price. Very professional installers, informative and cleaned up like they had never been there. No brainer to call Whips plumbing for all needs.

I came home from work Friday night to find a leak in our basement dripping onto our washer and dryer. I called Whips Plumbing since they serviced a leak in that area before. The phone line was busy, so I figured I would hang up and try again in a few minutes. Someone texted me and said they would call me back before I even tried calling again. A gentleman ended up calling me back within a couple minutes. I explained my situation and figured an appointment would be scheduled next week since it was not an emergency leak. He said he was headed home, but would stop over since I was close to his house, which I was pleasantly surprised he would offer to do that. He showed up and accessed the situation and determined it was coming from our claw foot tub that we rarely use. He offered to cap the plumbing where the leak was at no charge, we could then schedule another appointment later to fix everything which we decided to do. I am so grateful for his kindness and the ease of the process on a Friday night. I will be calling Whips Plumbing again to have them come back out to finish fixing the issue.

Alec was an absolute pleasure to work with! We had to have the outside hose spigot replaced & worked on overall due to issues and VERY old and complicated galvanized piping. He was hopeful for us, but honest about the potential costs and situations that could arise during the job while giving us our estimate (which coming out for the estimate was FREE, a huge plus!!!). Scheduling for the job was done quickly and in a time frame that worked for us and our tenants. Unfortunately some of those issues arose, but he was honest and thorough throughout the whole process and they got the job done; and it was done correctly and beautifully. Highly recommend and we will continue to use them when needed in the future!

We had to call Gary in a pinch, a backup that disabled two of the bathrooms, and it had to be on Labor Day itself. He found time for us with a couple of hours...unfortunately it did not go all that easy. I was getting worried that we'd be getting into more of an issue and I saw the dollars signs starting to go up. He stuck with it though, ran to get some stuff to try other ideas and finally got it. I was really surprised when he stuck to his original estimate too. If we run into plumbing issues in the future the list is really short of who we'd call. I would definitely call Gary again.

Highly recommended. I am doing a kitchen remodel and needed my existing sink disconnected and removed prior to replacing the countertops. Gary not only came out on a Sunday to disconnect things but was out Monday morning to remove the sink before the installers arrived. This wasn't an easy task, as the sink is cast iron and very heavy. He later came back that day to reinstall the sink. I was very happy Gary was flexible and worked with my schedule so there were no delays in my project. The price was reasonable as well as I was expecting to pay way more than he charged.

My kitchen drain started to back up then the tub would not drain. I played with it for awhile then gave up. I called Whips plumbing and I am glad I did. Alec spent almost 4 hours working on the waste pipes trying to snake from the outside in the hot sun, on a Saturday of course. Then he removed the toilet and snaked more. Finally success. He was then able to open the cleanout in the basement and spent more time chipping away at the scale that had built up over the decades. Gary stopped by with a new cleanout cap and I had my sink, toilet and tub back, thank you!

Gary at Whip's Plumbing was wonderful! He is very punctual, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Gary made sure to share exactly what the problems were, showed me before and after pictures of our kitchen pipe blockage on his camera, and explained the solution thoroughly (and in a way I understood). He is honest and very fair with his pricing. He also always took his shoes off before walking through the house and left everything very clean! We will definitely be using Gary for all of our future plumbing needs!

Whips plumbing is reliable, can be there when you need them to be and do honest work. Their prices are reasonable and fair. Gary will be honest with you and work with you on multiple different solutions that can fit your budget, not just the most expensive one to make the most money like a lot of big name/chain plumbers. I called Gary last minute on a minor plumbing emergency we had and he was able to make time for me same day, even same morning, to come out and save the day. I highly recommend Whips plumbing!

I used whips as a second opinion after I was told our main drain needed completely replaced by another company. Gary came out along with Craig and they used a camera down our drain that showed zero breaks! He let me watch it in real time that showed only a few roots. I still cannot believe another local company was about to scam us. Whips has forever won our business as they are genuine and have proven they know what they are doing. Thank you!

Had an impressive clog in my kitchen sink. Whip's handled everything perfectly at every step. Very responsive, friendly and professional service to set up the appointment, and able to squeeze me in very quickly. They sent 2 exceptional, nice young men who handled the issue in a timely manner, keeping me up to date on the project as they figured everything out. All at a very reasonable price, so I cannot recommend them more!

We had Gary do all of our plumbing for our new bathroom addition. His price was very reasonable, as we had him put in a faucet, toliet, shower valve and trim kit, rain shower head and drain. He was very professional, on time and honest when we had any questions. We would highly recommend him for any job, big or small. Gary was recommended by a friend who had been very pleased with his work and honesty. He got me on his schedule quickly to fix a dryer vent that my builder hadn't connected to the outside. He took extra time and trouble to do the repair in a way that not only fixed the problem, but did minimal cosmetic damage to drywall and such. Would 100% recommend him for any plumbing need.
