their awesome AI bot is smart enough to call me within seconds of asking for a quote and scheduling my whole appointment, but not smart enough to know my address is just outside their service area and later when the tech called me the fee wasn't $69 like the bot said, it was $189. And of course that news came after I told the other companies I didn't need them anymore. Convenient
