Highly recommended and would hire again. Their work is top notch and their rates very reasonable. Explained what was wrong and how they fixed it. Even though I’m handy around the house there are things you need a pro to do, and that’s these guys. Thanks Charlie and Kevin!
I had a great experience with Kevin today! He was very knowledgeable, quick with his repairs, and also had really great customer service. I learned a lot about my system from visit. I previously had Roto-Rooter come out and they didn’t have the parts needed and I felt like overall they were trying to scam me. Kevin is a really, really great plumber with the needed parts, needed knowledge and great prices. I will be back!
Charlie is my hero! He answered my call after midnight. Sent a great guy (Kevin) to fix our plumbing emergency! We are so grateful for his excellent customer service and quick response time. We highly recommend Whest Koast plumbing!
They did a great job. I had a blockage in in the lines and he was able to come the next day. I had had another company come the day before and they did everything wrong, didn't fix it and damaged part of my plumbing. Charlie knew exactly where my problem was and was able to fix it while I was out of town. Very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable but most importantly he was able to fix it easily.
Great service. We had a broken shut off valve and it seemed like all plumbers were booked for 48 hours; not ideal. Whest Koast got to us within 24 hours and were professional, answered all my questions, and did great work. I will definitely use them again.
