We had the main line break along with our sprinkler line at my parent's house. We called West Sound Plumbing and spoke with Austin. His crew was out quickly and had the break repaired by the same evening. We were very grateful for the quick response, the additional crew, and the fact that they were able to get if fixed in a short period of time. I highly recommend West Sound Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs, including those that are emergencies or complex.
We had a great experience with WSPS. Our plumber Forrest arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and clearly explained some concerning issues he found. He completed a thorough repair under our kitchen sink and brought everything up to current county code. We really appreciated the attention to detail and communication throughout the process. We will definitely call WSPS again in the future should the need arise.
West Sound Plumbing did an excellent job installing my toilet from start to finish. Cameron was a great technician—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient—and his amazing customer service really stood out. The work was done perfectly and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
I needed help fixing a leaking bathtub overflow drain after a handyman's work failed. We've used West Sound before and once again, they really helped me out. Jessica was quick to respond, answer questions and get me on the schedule, and Jordan and Dakota did an excellent job on the repair. They assessed the problem, engineered and implemented a solution, thoroughly tested the results, and left the space even cleaner than they found it. They explained what they were doing and were both friendly and professional. My dog liked them too, and she's a good judge of character. 🐾 Thanks guys, great work!
Westsound Plumbing was nothing but amazing. Jordan and Noah made my experience incredible. They were very professional and still maintained a nice friendly visit.
