From the first phone call to the finished work they were courteous, on time, and explained everything clearly. The technician performed a thorough furnace repair and left the area spotless. I felt confident they knew exactly what they were doing and appreciated their attention to detail. I am a loyal customer for all my oil furnace needs.

West Sound Comfort Systems is great. Just started using them after many years of using a Seattle side company. A month ago, they replaced our furnace and hot water on demand unit while I was out of the country. Today we had 2 technicians come by. One was for plumbing and the other was for ac maintenance. Both were quite knowledgeable and friendly. Plumber tech fixed what I thought was going to be a big problem in about 5 minutes. And the ac technician was great. I watch while he did his maintenance work and he gave me lots of insights into how the machines work and how to take care of them. I signed up for the annual maintenance program,too. Price was OK. Price included discount for joining annual maintenance program and a couple of additional items that I thought I needed and the tech agreed.

West Sound Comfort Systems relieved so much stress! We suddenly had no hot water. We had a different company come out first and tell us we had to replace our entire water heater. Then we found West Sound Comfort Systems through the Rheem warranty website. They came over same day, diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix the issue immediately on site. We have hot water again and best of all, we did not need a new water heater!! I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing service you need!
