This was my first time using West Coast. First, making an appointment to have someone come out was really easy; the staff at the office was helpful and super friendly. I had a broken toilet and they were able to come out the very next day after I called to replace the same model with no issues, at what I felt was a fair and honest price after a little research on my own. Brandon, the service tech assigned, was friendly and got the job done quickly. And, more importantly (to me)…..he was on time! At 6am! We had West Coast Plumbing install a new hot water heater. Brandon did a wonderful job on the installation and clean up. We are very happy with his work and will not hesitate to call them up for any future plumbing needs.
