Webster's Plumbing & Heating

Webster's Plumbing is REASONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FAST, AND HONEST! I will definitely be calling them again! I'm the maintenance super at a care facility in Iroquois county. We have been looking for a good plumber that does commercial plumbing for awhile, and Webster's Plumbing is that company! I called them late afternoon about a toilet leaking around the base and a clogged floor drain. The person I spoke with was very helpful, and got his guys here the very next morning! The two men that came were very nice and worked together great! One went to work on our toilet, and the other started the drain. They both worked fast, but still managed to take time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. Then they both started working to unclog the drain. They unclogged a drain that 2 other plumbers couldn't get! Then it came to the bill, I WAS SHOCKED in a good way! I was expecting a large bill, instead I was handed a bill that was half of what I was expecting it to be! They charged service fee for the long drive here, and STILL was way cheaper than I expected! (Note: they were upfront about the service fee for drive time. That was the first thing they said when I called. I 100% knew there was a long distance fee before they came! The driving fee was cheaper than I expected as well!) The best part is they don't do just plumbing! They do plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical. For a maintenance super at a facility like ours having a contractor that does all that makes my job so much easier! Webster's will absolutely be my first call from now on! It's so hard to find a good plumber that does residential and commercial plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical... and it's even harder to find one that is fast, reasonable, and knowledgeable! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you all so much, I will be calling again soon!

I was referred to Webster’s by Jared from Hamande Sewer. I cannot say thank you enough to Webster’s! Last year I had different company come out to replace a pipe and spigot that had burst to my outside garden hose. I chose that company out of desperation to get a job done sooner and didn’t do my research before I had them do the work. Needless to say the issue happened again less than a full year later due to their error, and they refused to take responsibility. I asked Jared for a recommendation for a company that could do the job right, which led me to Webster’s. The two men who came to do the job (Jason and Mason) were excellent in explaining what was wrong, what they needed to do and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. They were friendly, left no mess behind and they were very thorough. I’m thankful they were able to fit me in and the prices were very reasonable for the excellent work they did. I’ll be happy to call this company back should I need work done again! Thank you! 😊

Excellent Service! I highly recommend them. I had a broken ejector pump, and called them because they were referred by another company who does not fix that. They came out a couple hours after my call, had the necessary parts in his truck, replaced the broken pump and installed a new pipe that holds to it. The technician was pleasant, professional, and the price was fair! I will be calling them again.

This was a frustrating, disappointing experience—especially because my mother is a returning customer who spent over $2,000 with this company last year. This year she had a main drain backup and called them to have it snaked/cleared. The tech didn’t clear anything. He removed the exterior cleanout cap, said the main sewer was blocked (which we already knew from the backup), and then referred her to another company to do the actual work. They charged $40 anyway and labeled it: “check outside c/o, main sewer blocked.” That’s not a service. That’s stating the obvious and sending a senior homeowner elsewhere. I can’t speak to motive, but the whole interaction felt dismissive and like she was being taken advantage of. Save yourself the time and call a company that will actually clear the line you asked them to clear.

I had a serious plumbing issue and couldn't find anyone to come out right away until I called Webster's. Jason came out and was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a service that had to be done by another type of business & they had one to recommend. The receptionist kept in contact with me to make sure the other company had set up an appointment with me. When she found out the other company wasn't returning my call, she called them herself and then put me on a conference call to make sure we communicated. That was very helpful. As soon as the other company had finished their part, Jason was back in no time and got everything fixed. Webster's was very prompt and helpful.
