Sump pump making grinding noise. Came and flipped a switch. Here for 5 minutes and charged $120. Pump is now dead

Had a pipe burst last week. Out of 6 plumbers he was the only one who responded last week. He responded within an hour or so. Finally got call backs from others and because I have a mobil home they wouldn't even come out to look. Bill came out that afternoon and diagnosed the issue. He said he could do it but couldn't get back until Tuesday. He stayed in touch and on Tuesday came and crawled under my place. Fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. He just dove right into it and got it done. No long drawn out sales pitch on knowledge. Just got the job done and gave me the part back that failed. I can see why he is booked up. I already handed out 2 of his business cards here to other mobilhome owners.

Our regular plumber was not available, and after countless calls to folks that do emergency services on the weekends, Bill was the only one that answered and was actually available immediately. Our garbage disposal was clogged by a caterer after hosting an event at our home, and we were unable to do any dishes because the clog was so backed up. Bill spent a couple of hours Saturday night into well passed 10pm, and needed to come back the next day with more parts, and stayed till about 430pm on Sunday draining, and replacing pipes. If it wasn’t for him, our home would still be a disaster today. We’re so thankful he was able to resolve the issue.

Let me start by saying I don't usually do reviews, but Bill is absolutely worth it. I needed help identifying leaks. I'm a new homeowner so the plumbing issues quickly made me feel overwhelmed and nervous. Bill spent time with me to show me some tricks and to teach me some basics, even basics outside of plumbing. He really helped me understand and made everything manageable and not overwhelming. He surpassed all expectations. He's incredibly knowledgeable, humble, and is dedicated to helping others the right way. I'm lucky to have him around if needed. I highly recommend him!

My water pressure at my house was having problems. I called the water district and they said it was probably the "pressure valve" and I would need a plumber. I asked if they could recommend someone. William answered his phone early in the morning and told me he could probably get to my house by the end of the day. I am really grateful that late in the afternoon, he made time to come to my house and fix the problem properly. He had to stay until after 6:30pm. After finding a leaking pipe in my basement I began the task of finding someone to repair it. After calling 4 plumbers, WB Plumbers answered the phone. I explained about the leak and within 2 hours he arrived,found the leak and got to the task of repairing it. He was great!! I will definitely call him again, first, if I need a plumber again. Would definitely recommend him to anyone asking if I know a good plumber.

I called Bill because my main water valve was leaking badly. He was here immediately, looked at it, went out for supplies, and had it done in an hour for a very competitive price. I had him back a week later to change out my entire sewer line; he had it done in a matter of a half a day and did beautiful work. Friendly, prompt, and does quality work. I will only call Bill for my future plumbing needs.

WB Plumbing replaced my mother's water tank. Bill was very professional and thorough, and he even replaced her Fire/CO alarm. I highly recommend Bill Brouillard and his company WB Plumbing. He is licensed and insured, and did an amazing job for my mother. I've already given his name to my family and friends, and will reach out to him for all plumbing needs going forward.

It is hard to find people to do small jobs, and even harder to find someone who you don't feel is trying to rip you off. He came on time and didn't try to do a lot of extra things that I didn't need. We had a shower that was leaking and would not shut off on a Saturday afternoon. Spoke to Bill who came over quickly, diagnosed the problem, got the parts needed and completed the job in just over an hour. He did a fantastic job and at 1/2 the price we were quoted from the first plumber we called. Highly recommend!!
