I called in a frenzy when my sump pump was burning out and not keeping up with incoming water. They were able to get someone to my house in the nick of time and replace the unit. Pat was very reassuring of the product he was installing and also put my mind at ease I don't have to worry, he had it from there. got the unit replaced and explained what differences I would notice. I felt relief and knew I was in good hands to address the problem.

Had a great experience with Dylan G (I believe that’s his last name initial 🤞). They squeezed us in right away that day, we were so very thankful for. Dylan was punctual, professional, and fixed up our leaky shower faucet, and broken handle etc. quickly. The price was reasonable, and they left the area spotless. Highly recommended!

I recently had a bathroom remodel done by Watters and am so pleased at how it turned out. Jaden led the way by showing us all of our options and gave us the quote. He was very patient and thorough. He was a pleasure to work with as well as his team, Brian the carpenter and Al the plumber. Both of them were knowledgeable, professional and polite. Their workmanship was top notch and they always cleaned up every night before they left. I can't say enough good about my experience and would highy recommend Watters Plumbing.

We had Watters Plumbing remodel our bathroom shower, install a new sink and their partner, Cut in Stone, do the vanity top. From the estimate process to the install, it was a great experience. They listened to our needs and the whole team was friendly and courteous. The price was competitive and less than anticipated. We highly recommend!
