Waterworks was very responsive and arrived at our home in less than 90 minutes from our initial contact. The professional that arrived was Peter. He was expert and very thorough and in addition he was very amiable. Of course, Peter fixed our problem. I would contact Waterworks for any of our plumbing/ heating needs in the future. I will add that our need occurred on the day before New Year’s Eve so during a holiday period and they were still very responsive.

I had a persistent slow drainage problem with a sink in my apartment and Peter did a fantastic job fixing this. In 2 hrs he was able to replace an old section of pipe, clear obstructions and have the sink working better than it ever did during my time living there.
