Big shout-out to Waters of Life Plumbing, and especially Jason and Tyler! Excellent service all around. We had three faucets that needed to be replaced (1 kitchen + 2 bathroom), and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. Jason and Tyler were friendly, professional, on time, and offered FAIR PRICING (which is very hard to find!). I can’t recommend them enough—we’ll definitely be calling them again for all our plumbing needs.

I don’t often provide reviews but this time the service warranted one. From the beginning they took the time to understand the scope of work and then quickly provided fair pricing and worked with us on our schedules to find a day and time that worked best, which was not weeks later, just a few days. They also did not try to up sell or add any additional work or materials that were not required to complete the job. On the day they were scheduled, Aaron (owner) and Jason arrived when they said they would be there, did a quick review to confirm the scope of work and then quickly got going. In a short amount of time Jason had completed the tasks, and they were walking me through what they had done. The quality of work was evident, and the work area was cleaned beyond my expectations. This company is one that demonstrated professionalism and integrity and is one that I will call again for any other plumbing issues and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

This might come as a shock with all the 5 Star Reviews and I have waited for over a year to write this review as to really think about how to best describe our service with Waters of Life. Trigger warning for those of you who have experienced mold. We contacted WoL because they were recommended to us by a friend who is a contractor and he used them. They were recommended because they did great work and we thought they had higher ethical standards. You see we had a water incident in 2020 and couldn’t figure out why our children were sick every other week. We had a team come into our home and do remediation. Except our kids kept getting sick….so sick! We found out that our home had toxic mold- and that the 2020 water incident and the remediation had spread the mold throughout our house. Our entire home was gutted, everything we owned was thrown away and we were homeless for 402 days. We moved 35 times in that 402 days- with a 2 year old, 4 year old and 6 year old. It’s such a crazy story that we were featured on an HGTV show called Rico to the Rescue here in Denver (February 14th, 2024 episode). So with all the trauma and hell we experienced, we were very nervous to just try ANYone to fix things in our home. We paid Josh and Aaron over $25,000 to do our entire home of plumbing . My husband was the GC that ran the work at our home and had asked Josh to re do a couple places that Josh didn’t do correctly. Josh had mentioned that he was going to leave it the way it was. We had another plumbing company come in and do the sewer line and work underneath the concrete floor in the basement. That plumbing company had seen WoL’s work and mentioned to me that it wasn’t done correctly. I dismissed them… There were a few other concerns like our hose bib and pressure. They assured us it was fine. We had water in the kitchen on the floor from the fridge on day 1. Problem #2 After being in our home for 3 days we still didn’t have hot water in our master shower. My husband had called them a couple times to ask if they could come out and fix it. After a week my husband figured it out and fixed it. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I couldn’t figure out why we had such high humidity in our home. Come to find out the next week I came into the basement and discovered water all over the laundry floor. Three days later the same thing happened. Another morning I came downstairs & found MORE water in our basement. We called J & A and they told us it was our sewer plumber’s issue & to call them. Go Direct Plumping immediately came out & investigated the issue. It wasn’t Go Direct Plumbing’s issue: it was Josh and Aaron that didn’t remove a cap on the pipe when they did the plumbing rough in.…..Problem #3 It freezes January 31st. A & J installed a no freeze hose bib on our backyard hose/faucet. Lo and behold, it bursts flooding our new basement 🤯 Of course when we called them to come out, they said it wasn’t their issue. Our insurance company started to think something was wrong with us— until they sent a new plumber to our home. And guess what- the hose bib was not installed correctly per the plumber & our insurance agency. Problem #4 March 6th I noticed more water. I now have containers under EVERY sink in our home. I pulled out the container & lo and there was water that had filled up the container from a P trap that wasn’t tightened correctly. OF course they didn’t want to come out and sent someone else….Problem #5 When Aaron called my husband he said “that’s why we like working for contractors,” because my husband was an overly concerned homeowner. EVERYONE I know has heard of WoL and NO ONE will use them. AND, our Lakewood Plumbing inspector come out and FAILED us because they didn’t properly do their job. For over $25K I’d sure hope that they would be diligent in doing an impeccable job. They have not responded to text messages about fixing the issues that the city inspector has for them. If I can offer a word of advice- RUN!! If you don’t know anything about plumbing, you’ll think they are great.

It took a month to get an appointment - and they had a list of the projects I had asked them to do when they finally did get here. I purchased all the faucets, sink and disposal before hand so that all they had to do was install. When the technician got here I was told they couldn't do 3 of the projects they had known about. They told me they weren't allowed to do certain projects but they would help me find another group that could help - that never happened. I was charged $250 per project that they did accomplish ($250 to install a bathroom faucet that took him 10 minutes to install!) Total bill was almost $1000 for only a couple projects. VERY overpriced.

We can't thank Waters of Life Plumbing enough for their expert services, friendly & knowledgeable staff, and for repairing our MYSTERY plumbing issue. We had a severely clogged basement bathroom sink that nobody was able to figure out, until we had Waters of Life out. We'd had multiple plumbers look at our issue and make "fixes" that didn't end up working in the long run. Some of the other plumbers also offered outrageous repairs beyond our request and/or had very high price tags. Josh made us feel incredibly comfortable with the process by listening to our requests + our current understandings of what we saw going on w/ the plumbing at the time. He explained what we should expect for the repair, and was very friendly. His crew showed up on time to perform the work, again explained everything to us, and cleaned up after themselves. We are SO HAPPY that these guys had the knowledge, skills, tools, and tenacity to really think & work through our plumbing issue. I will recommend them to all my friends, family, and business partners. And they'll definitely be our go-to plumber from now on!

We recently did an interior remodel, including two bathrooms, and they were big changes, a lot of work moving tubs, showers and toilets to new locations. These guys were here on time every day they were planned to be by the project manager, and were just such professionals. Cleaned up everything after every work session, etc and the job turned out perfectly. A few days ago our garbage disposal died, and we had a dripping outdoor faucet. I called them, they said they could come in a few days (it was a Friday) and diagnosed what parts would be needed and where to get them (Home Depot). Buying them myself would save us a lot of $$$$ over them spending time sourcing parts. I was surprised by that, most shops like to make money every way they possibly can. So, he just left, he's was a super good guy as always and educated me on both repairs. The bill was still not cheap, about $300, but plumbers are expensive. Highly recommend.

I am so grateful to have been referred to these people by friends. From the first call with the Scheduler to the follow up about the arrival of the technician and meeting “Nacho” who was the technician, and then watching his methodical and thorough and careful work and his wonderful cleanup afterward made this an easy five star review! He installed two replacement faucets for me, one in the kitchen and one in a bathroom and each time he ran into a road block with something stuck with mineralized deposits or a tight area to get to, he knew exactly what to do and kept working and solved each issue quickly. Super courteous and very professional. I’m going to recommend them to my whole neighborhood. I’m so thankful to have the issue I was facing solved and it looks beautiful!

It's a trusted family business with strong roots and healthy branches. Aaron installed a new water heater for me 6 years ago, and since that time I have used only this company for plumbing services. It doesn't matter if you have a big or small project for them. It will be done with perfection. All staff very knowledgeable, reliable, and ready to answer to all your questions. They'll replace only what it's nessasery, and don't take advantage of you. This company doesn't need an advertisement, and they are very busy. However, I prefer to wait instead of using other companies. They deserve an award for integrity and quality. May you continue to have prosperity in your personal and professional lives! Your grateful client.

5-STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!! I have been using Waters of Life for over 5 years now and I am always grateful to consider them a part of our team. Not only are they always responsive but they are kind, thoughtful, respectful and do a great job. Most recently our pipe burst at 2pm on Christmas Eve. We were about to be hosting 20 people and we had water gushing from our ceiling. I called Aaron in a panic and he made it over to save the day - a true Christmas miracle to say the least. I feel so lucky to know them and I am almost hesitant to write a review because I don't want everyone to know my hidden gem ;-). Thank you to the entire team at Waters of Life - grateful to know you.

This company is so professional and does impeccable work! They were referred to me by my neighbor, who had the same exceptional experience as we did. Very reasonably priced and takes pride in the work they do. We had to have a lot of work done, including a new drain installation that required quite away to a main drain. Amongst several sinks and several waterline filtration system hook-ups. No need to look any further for a plumber as this company has it all. I’m very impressed, as I have worked with several different plumbers. This company by far is the best! Look at all the room they left me with in my main sink cabinet! Very nice. Tight fit way in the back.

We had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company after a fail from another plumber that attempted to diagnose a laundry drain pipe issue. The company responded to my inquiry in a timely manner and was able to come out and complete the work within a few days, with the actual repair taking just a couple of hours. The team was professional and kind, and was even willing to spend extra time making sure the hole cut into our wall had very clean edges (we just had the interior of our home painted before this plumbing mishap). The price was fair for the level of work that needed to be done. Great experience during a stressful time, 10/10 recommend.

Waters of Life Plumbing proved to be a phenomenal choice for my plumbing needs. Their responsiveness was impressive, always swift to tackle my concerns. The team not only efficiently addressed the problems at hand but also went the extra mile by educating me about my own system. This personal touch made the experience even more remarkable. Their proactive approach towards customer satisfaction made me feel truly valued. I would highly recommend Waters of Life Plumbing for anyone who values professionalism, prompt responses, and a genuine willingness to go above and beyond. They've got a customer for life!

I contacted Waters of Life because they were recommended by a neighbor. They sent out Anthony the next day. He fixed our leaks and I couldn't be happier with his work. Highly recommend. I had Waters of Life come out again several days after the first issue. Nacho came out today for an unrelated slow leak. He was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. I couldn't be happier with his work. I am now sold on this company and Highly recommend. Another service from Waters of Life to repair leaky bsmt. pipe. Fast, efficient and friendly service.
