Great service and price. Had a significant leak in the inner tank of my 10yo water heater that required replacement. Called Water Heaters Plus on Thursday and they had a new water heater installed in less than 24 hours. Josh the tech was friendly, efficient and very professional. Would highly recommend this company as they don’t give you the runaround that the others do.

Had Water Heater Plus replace my water heater and I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the company overall. 1. So easy to work with, communication was effective and prompt and zero pressure to make the purchase - my request for a quote was quickly followed up with a call. I received updated quotes for changes I requested (I asked to replace my thermal expansion tank and to have my carpeted stairs to the basement protected . Also very much appreciated their recommendation to replace a gate valve with a ball valve. 2. The group that came to perform the installation, Jeff, Sam and AJ were very professional - courteous, respectful of my property, and cleaned up well after the job. I was present during the installation and was very impressed with the quality of their work. No hesitations whatsoever to using them again. Strongly recommend.

We had a great experience with this team for our water heater installation. They were more affordable than other quotes we received, and even though the job turned out to be more complicated than expected, Ekoue and Jalen went above and beyond with their professionalism and commitment to getting the job done right and on time. After installation, there was a minor issue, and they came back the same day and stayed until it was fully resolved. Truly professional, responsive, and reliable. Highly recommend!

Oh how I wish I had looked up this company on Yelp before I called them. Recently we got up and realized we had no hot water. Since we have had plumbers and drain specialists here before I looked to see if we had a card from one. Even though we didn't remember this company doing any work for us we had their card so I called. I told the lady who answered we needed someone to come out that day. She sent David by 11:30am. He looked at the tank, said it looked good and would order a part. That was the last we heard from him. We called his cell later and he told us he was going to order the part. The next day we had not heard so called his cell and he said he was going to order the part. The next day we called his cell and he said he was 'just' going to order that part. I told him we were done. He said nothing . Six days we had no hot water because we trusted him. Called another company they came right out and installed a new tank.

I had my Bradford White water heater installed by water heaters Plus three years ago. It failed this morning. I called Water Heaters Plus and she told me to call Bradford White. we don't do warranty work. Very disappointed in this company. Even though my water heater was clearly under warranty they did not want to deal with it.

When you wake up to the "no hot water" conversation, you know it's probably going to be a bummer of a day. But honestly? WHP made it a nice easy process that really smoothed over the rough spots. For me it started with their website, which helped me figure out what I needed and then made it easy to compare options to figure out what I wanted. And I was really grateful that I could put in an installation request online. They called me within about 15 minutes, and Aline was really helpful in confirming what I wanted and getting me set up with an installation window in the afternoon. She told me the installer would call me ahead of time, and made sure to let me know how to identify his call. She also asked, just in case, if I would be available if he happened to be available a little early. Friends, it actually happened. The installer, Jeff, called me before the installation window was set to begin and let me know he was ready if I was. In a very short time, he was there. After a few minutes' conversation to show him where everything was and give him a rundown of what happened, he got started. I was able to get back to work while he did his thing in the basement. And after what seemed like no time at all - actually probably around two hours - he let me know he was finished. Jeff showed me the water heater and made sure I was satisfied, gave me some info about it, and was on his way. By the time he left, the original installation window had barely even started. Oh! And the price I paid for the water heater and installation was the price listed on the website (plus the permit cost, which they told me about when they called to set up the appointment). No surprises. I should also note that the reason I called WHP in the first place is that a sticker on the old water heater indicated that they had installed it...in 2008 (before we moved in). That unit had a six-year warranty and ran for 18 years. I'm sure that had a lot to do with the manufacture, but a solid install sure didn't hurt. So anyway, yeah, I recommend this place. Whether you're in a failure situation or actually get to plan your next water heater installation, I'm sure they'll take care of you.

Water Heaters Plus is the REAL DEAL! Where do I start but keep it short…..? Our 75 gal water heater crashed after 13 years of service. I called Safe Plumbing, Fire and Ice & Eco in that order. They each sent techs out the same day , which was GREAT but then quoted replacement of a 75gal heater between $5,500 - $9,600….. I’ll disclose that it was Safe Plumbing that provided the $9,600 quote along with high pressure sales….. Realizing prices are high with this terrible economy, I was NOT expecting this level of pricing for a replacement water heater. I just happened to look and find Water Heaters Plus (WHP) on Google and called them in the early evening on the same day these other jokers were at the house. I spoke with Dave and he asked a few questions and then quoted me $3,225 for the SAME EXACT make and model as the other companies so I set up the replacement apt with Dave…. WHP came out the next day, asked my wife where the heater was located and she didn’t hear from them until after the install had been completed an hour or so later. Really GREAT experience! All three of the other companies called that day asking what direction I wanted to go. When I told them I selected WHP each of them went on to tell me that “They will replace it with an inferior heater” or “They will cut corners on this and that…”, Etc. WHP did NOT cut corners and did a fantastic job. It’s really a buyer beware situation and customers need to call to get multiple quotes, even if you’re desperate. I think these other folks promote a culture that takes advantage of the customer’s desperation to maximize their revenue at the expense of the consumer and that is unfortunate and NOT right. Thank you Water Heaters Plus for providing great and timely service at a fair price and for being the “Good Guys” in this situation! I will definitely be referring you to anyone in need of a new heater moving forward.

I am reluctant to even give this one star. I had the WORSE experience with this company. They were contracted out through Home Depot. We had just moved into our new home one week prior and had an active leak in the Utility Room. When Scott arrived, it was storming outside and he walked right into our home with no booties on his work boots. He took no more than 5 seconds to take a look at the utility room and said he was going to switch out the hot water tank. He was rude, and fought with me about the standards and codes they have to follow about having a tray under the water heater. I told him I had one but it was the wrong size, so I asked to go purchase one while he was still working and he said he didnt have time because he had other places to be. When he realized he had the wrong size water tank for our size utility room, he decided to tell me that the codes didn't need to be followed. When finished, he said I needed to sign forms, and pay him. I asked for copies and he said he didnt have any for me. Then I asked him to check to see if the leak was fixed and he said it was and walked out the door. So, thirty minutes later I went downstairs to check the utility closet and it was flooded. So all I was left with was NO paperwork and still an active leak, after taking off half the work day. I was beyond frustrated. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT having this company coming to your house.

I bought a water heater through Home Depot and asked abut installation. They said they have a company that does there water heater installs. A company called water heaters plus. I agreed and bought a water heater and set up a installation date. The total cost was determined and agreed upon. The day of my install the contracter showed up on time. Everything was going great untill he said ok finished now its time to do the paper work. I asked why the cost was more than what was determinded earlier at Home Depot. He said oh I put it on your paperwork there was a 85.00 dollar fee for a drain pan and a 135.00 fee for confined space. Neither of these extra cost were disscussed at any time untill the work was done and on my invoice. I questioned it and was told that there was a list of additional fees that can be put on top of your installation price. I asked to see the list and there are at least 10 additional things that they can charge you for that they can pull out of thin air anytime they choose to. Example there was a line that said confined space 135.00 but no dimensions saying what is considered a confined space. Do your homework and ask up front what additional fees are there going to be. This company is not recomended by me. Lowes also uses this company for there water heater installs.

Well, I previously left A five star review for this company, I cannot in good conscience recommend them anymore. Two negative experiences with this company. I’ve left me finding another future installer/service. One week after an installation of a tankless water heater at my business, there was a gas leak due to defective adhesive on the piping. While they were diligent and responsive in coming to remedy the issue, it never should’ve occurred. I wanted to give them another chance, so I had them come out and do a diagnostic check on a different unit that needed serviced. They ran the diagnostic check and quoted an astronomical price so I decided to go with another company. However, Water Heaters Plus had already ordered the parts, which prevented any other company from doing the work. I then tried to work with the company to provide the parts so I could have another installer put them in, which they said they would be able to do. Three weeks later after no communication I called again and they have sent the parts back. Yet no one called or communicated that issue to me. So over two months later I’m starting back again from square one. I will not be utilizing this company moving forward, and would not recommend. Terrible customer service.

I've had work done by this company on three occasions. The first two times I was more than happy with Woody, who handled a problem with my tankless system. The most recent experience, also on a tankless system, constituted abysmal customer service. Woody was unable to come out to take a look at my system. They sent someone else. He did not arrive on time. He indicated that the system needed a new part and he would order the part and get back to me. A week later, I didn't hear anything, called the office and they were helpful but as clueless as I was. It was to the point where I was calling frequently to find out why no one was returning calls. The person in the office did her best to get information but we were both left clueless and she kept stating how embarrassed she was. When the technician finally did call, he asked for information about the system which I provided within 48 hrs. It has been easily 4 months since I first called and I have heard nothing. Frankly, I consider this customer disservice. I called Atlas Butler, who now provides plumbing and service for tankless systems and have been more than satisfied by their customer service. I may be paying more but I know if there's a problem they will be here.

First of all, I would HIGHLY recommend you stop looking at Eco, Apex, Amanda, etc as I had done and give these guys a call/email. I emailed them on Friday night at 8:30 and Jason replied to me within 10 minutes saying "we can be there on Monday". Not only this but he quoted me significantly cheaper than the competition and installed a high quality GE RealMax 40 gal tank in under 2 hours. Huge shout-out to Sam who showed up on time, was extremely professional, efficient and personable. Not only did he do fantastic, clean work but he also explained the ins and outs with me so that I fully understood the install before he left my house. They also removed my old hot water heater which was frankly an added bonus. I can't emphasize enough that if you need a hot water tank installed, please give Water Heaters Plus your business. You will not be disappointed with your experience. I am a real person/ residential home owner (unlike some companies who pay to have bots leave rave reviews) and hope it goes without saying was not paid to leave this review. I don't leave reviews unless I was blown away and truly was. Thanks Sam, Jason and Water Heaters Plus!

Worst customer service ever. Purchased 2 - 50 gallon tanks from Home Depot. One has had repeated problems finally needing a new part (which was under warranty, thankfully for GE). No one could explain why I was being billed the amount I was billed. 3 phone calls yet to be returned. Between the service charges, diagnostic charges and labor charges, I probably could have paid for the warrantied item somewhere else and had it installed. Everything was an argument. I asked if the new part had a warranty/guarantee. Three answers in sixty seconds: "No, your water heater is under warranty", "Yes, for ninety days", and "No". I was so uncomfortable with his argumentative nature...in my own home. His last statement was the best, "We don't have any thing to do with your water heater." Take him at his word. DON'T LET HIM HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR WATER HEATER!! If you are an honest company, you can easily explain your billing. Do not use this company. Home Depot should offer better.

ANTHONY came out, he told my wife that he sells cell phones on the side for extra money. Anthony said he needed to use the restroom, so my wife left him alone in the bathroom, with her cellphone. When he left she noticed her phone missing, so she proceeded to call it, she tracked it via GPS , which showed it traveling away from the house, she called it ...it rang a few times and then was shut off. She called the plumber and told him the cell phone was gone and he was the only one there that could have done anything with it . He denied anything to do with it being missing and said he hadn't even seen it. After he found out it was being tracked by the agency my wife worked for he freaked out, and immediately brought it back to her SIM CARD REMOVED, SCREEN CRACKED.. later on found out an expensive watch was also missing from master bathroom, called his boss twice, and have not received a call back or even any concern or apology! It's been about 2 weeks . Don't give these people your money

I purchased two new toilets from Home Depot and included the installation, for convenience. After not having the units in working order for a few weeks prior, I was amazed at my excitement over having new toilets installed. [pretty funny!] Dave called on his way and within an hour had removed both units and installed both of the new ones. He was quick and the only thing I did was ensure the doors were open/closed to make his job a little easier. I appreciated that the job was done in good time and that he cleaned up after the job. Wonderful, for sure. I also appreciated that the company contacted me [via autodialer though] to follow up to make sure I was happy with the job. Even though it was a recorded message, I was provided with the information to contact them if someone had gone wrong or if I wasn't completely satisfied. From beginning to end, this was a very good experience and they provided a much-needed service. Thanks so much!
