Wesley did an excellent job to install the water heater for us. We have two 50 gal system and a water recirculating pump. He is very dedicated to his job especially near the completion, he found out the water leak from the anode rod of one unit, he went to Home Depot and bought the tool to fix the water leak. I really appreciated the efforts he did.

Called on the phone about getting a thermopile replaced for my water heater. The lady used scare tactics to try and upsell a whole water heater replacement by implying that my unit was under under recall (which it was not) and could be a fire hazard and they would not repair it. Pretty shady……

My 13 yr 75gal Brad White Water heater went out Saturday Evening, On Sunday, I got a quote from BBros to replace control valve and thermopile for $2000. New WH replacement $11000.00. Called Water Heaters Only, Chris N. arrived an hour later (great response), I asked for a replacement quote, he said he could do the job that day (on a Sunday!) and gave me a quote for half the price of BBros, They had State brand in stock but I was looking for a particular brand with a particular control valve and he said he could order and install it next day. Chris N. came out on time and did a great job installing the water heater and new recirculation pump, new expansion tank, added a new pan, and pulled a permit with the city. Throughout the install Chris went over his plan on how he was going to configure the equipment and hardware, asked if I had any questions and did a great job keeping me informed of the progress. It was evident on the completion of the job that Chris takes pride in his work and I couldn't be more satisfied. I will give my recommendation to all to call Water Heaters Only if you need a water heater.

Extremely Happy with Water Heaters Only! I was extremely happy with the service I received from Water Heaters Only. They were able to send someone out the very next day to replace my 20-year-old (yes, original!) water heater. From my first call, I was impressed — the person I spoke with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. John F., the technician who completed the installation, was meticulous in his work. He arrived on time, cleaned up the area thoroughly, and made sure every faucet in the house was functioning properly before he left. I waited to post this review until the Roseville Building Division completed their inspection — the inspector confirmed it was top-notch work with no corrections needed. Woke up to a flooded garage from a leaking water heater. Turned off the water supply and Called Water Heaters Only. A preliminary estimate was given over the phone and was reasonable, so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Soon after, they called back and said they have an opening for same day if it works for me. I accepted the same day appointment and Matt arrived on time. He evaluated the situation and confirmed the estimate that was given. He had everything needed on his truck and completed the water heater change. When he was finished, he went over all the details and controls. Thanks for sending Matt out for our install, he was great to chat with and did a super clean and professional installation.

It's always a drag to try to take a shower and find that you have no hot water. It's worse when you go into the garage and find that it's been low-key flooded by a burst water heater. I called Water Heaters Only at ~8 the next morning and they were on-site by ~10am. By 1pm I had a new water heater, all up to code with a pan and expansion chamber. Chris, the technician, explained all the options to me and helped me to understand the differences of getting a tankless vs tanked option, as well as explaining the permitting process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great service and definitely my first choice if I need a replacement water heater in the future!

Great Service & Installation! From start to finish, the process was seamless & easy. Cyrus was efficient, friendly & professional when I called with questions & quote. So nice to speak with a living human being instead of leaving a msg. I quickly received an installation appointment for the following day! Communication was thorough with texting time that John, the Installer, would arrive. Right on time! Our hot water heater had been giving us problems for months and then stopping working. I called Water Heaters Only and they had a technician come out to us the next day. Chris is the GOAT!!! He was extremely professional, personable, and efficient installing our new Navien tankless water heater. Our old tankless water heater would take 2-3 minutes to get hot water to the upstairs bathrooms but the new Navien with the recirculating pump is getting water to those same bathrooms in 10-15 seconds. I would recommend Water Heaters Only and Chris to anyone who needs a new hot water heater. 5 stars!!!

I am beyond pleased that I chose Water Heaters Only to replace our water heater. We had a very scary incident the night before (fire dept. and PGE came out!). I called W.H.O the next morning and they sent Matt Hoffman out. He arrived exactly when he said he would, inspected and looked things over, explained what was wrong and possible solutions. I decided to have it replaced. He did an excellent job in a very reasonable amount of time. I trusted the job was going to be done correctly and it was. I highly recommend this company for your water heater needs.

After hearing about water heaters only on NPR right after we determined we needed a new water heater, I called them, they answered all my questions and within a short period of time found me a new water heater and scheduled an install the next day. Brandon came out today and disconnected and installed the new water heater. He was excellent!! Polite, thorough, knowledgeable and quick!! I am so glad I heard about this company and will refer them any chance I get!

My water heater had a leak and corrupted the sheetrock and wall behind it. The repair needed to be coordinated with the new heater and Water Heaters Only helped with that. John came out to give me and estimate. He is a very honest and reliable person. He installed the heater and it has worked flawlessly since. I would recommend this company for being honest, reliable and knowledgeable. Also, they are nice and flexible.
