these guys/young men were incredible; they perform above and beyond my expectation, their knowledge base was on point, they immediately knew what the problem was after carefully thoroughly listening to my description of my water problem, they wasted no time in their assessment and eventually resolving the problem. I have referred them to both my neighbor and an associated of mine with in 2 days; they offer both senior and veterans discounts, however; I did not received the discount, for the staff were unaware of them (and neither did the two seniors I referred) , but all is well, I will continue with their services whenever I have a plumbing issue. June 14, 2026, Once again I've had the opportunity to receive exceptional plumbing care, which again has exceeded my expectations, however; I knew the service they provided would be exceptional; they installed a new condensation pipe system from the furnace room to above this same room, up to the crawl space, across the crawl space to the outside of the house, anchoring/ attaching the pipe to the side of the down to a few inches above the ground, now I no longer have concerns about water leaking in my house when the AC is running, wow! What a superb job; there's no crew like these guys, I will always call on them for my plumbing issues and continue to refer them; all other plumbing companies, please go on an infinite lunch break, thank you guys

Jim and Chris gave me a 30-minute heads up when they were near my home they showed up on time, they showed respect to my home by wiping their feet. They inspected the situation explained it thoroughly to me, Corrected it and offered me a 60-day guarantee should the problem reoccur in which I don't think that it will I am very pleased with the service they are truly professionals thank you

I called Water Heater & Plumbing Experts because someone I knew had recommended them and I Absolutely loved the service we received! Was able to come out the next day and fix a few pipes that were leaking and looked at our drain we were having problems with. They fixed that for us too. Honest, reliable, and can't complain about their prices as I was expecting to pay more.
