Josh is a great guy. They came out and knocked out our job out. I am a contractor and he is the only guy I will use for my jobs from here on out. He is very professional and polite.

First I want to say how happy we are with Warmer Water and Plumbing and why they deserve 5 Stars plus. We wanted to change our hot water heater an electric 30 gallon to a natural gas -50 gallon: When I called Josh I was immediately impressed with this knowledge and dedication. Josh came to our home and proposed how he would switch us over to gas. He gave a detailed quote before he left. We discussed placing the heater along the side of our gas pack inside a “aquahut” galvanized full enclosure. He and Jonathan arrived at our home bright and early Monday morning. The first thing I noticed was the interior of Josh’s truck bod. It was clean and neatly organized from front to back. His installation was awesome. The entire job was done to current county code. I will add that Josh uses top quality materials. Copper and copper fittings wherever he can. Everything in the crawl space was left neat and the all the old parts were hauled away. This was not an easy job. Josh and Jonathan had great teamwork together to finish this big job in one day. Warmer Water and Plumbing offers a full range of plumbing services and we are happy to say Josh will be taking care of our plumbing needs in the future. I may add that Josh is an honest man and that he does exactly what he promises.

Josh with Prestige Plumming did a beautiful job! After I do some remodeling I'll have him back out again to square that away. He was the 5th company I had out here, amazing the different opinions and prices. Josh took pictures underneath, as did some of the others, but he explained what was going on and his plan to fix it. I went down there when he was done, and it looked perfect. This job was done at a fair price.If you need plumbing, he's your guy. Thank you Josh! One year later I had Josh back out again to install a Gas Water Heater in place of an electric one. He did a beautiful job both inside of my laundry room and outside securing it so pests could not get in and worked like a glove with Fort Hill. I plan on using him for a bathroom remodel in the future. I highly recommend Josh with Warmer Water & Plumbing.

I first spoke with Josh about my sudden plumbing problem with an upflush Saniflo toilet (a very expensive fix if the pump fails). He struck me as a great guy and set me up for an appointment the very next day. John came out for the service call. And John was great. He identified that there was nothing wrong with the toilet pump mechanism. What he found was that the dedicated electric outlet it plugged into had failed. Once we plugged the Saniflo unit into a different outlet, it worked just fine. This will be a temporary work around until I can get an electrician to figure out why the dedicated outlet failed and fix that. But this was a huge relief to not be needing to replace the toilet pump! What good people and what a great company! I will tell my friends about them. They are now my go to plumbers!

So my outside water bib froze and busted on 2/1/26 later in the day on a Sunday after two days of 12-15 degrees at night. On Monday 2/2/26 I googled plumbers near me. I found Warm Waters. Called them prior to 8am. They promised to come. Within less than a half hour after arrival they dug out frozen bursted water hose bib line, capped it off, insulated it. Turned water breaker back on and all was great. I will definately call them to install a frost free bib and add one to front of house. Very accomodating and reasonable price. There should be more honest contractors like these guys. Awesome. 2/16/26, Joshua came out and installed two new frost free faucets and a hose holder. Excellent help again. They will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

Can’t say enough good things about Josh Tackett and his company Warmer Water. We had a hot water heater issue and received a recommendation from a neighbor friend about Josh. He was able to come out that same afternoon and diagnose our situation and get hot water going again to get us through the weekend. I made arrangements with him to install a new HWH today Monday 7/28 and he arrived on time and had us up and going in no time. I told him he is now “our plumber” and I meant it. We try to take care of the people that take care us…..call Josh!

Tuck & Howell, a gem in the rough. Jessie Just finished inspecting my HVAC system. I could not be more happier with the Service he provided. Jessie Explained everything to me as he inspected my system. I found him to be polite, professional, and have a good sense of humor. Always Great Customer Service! Josh is very experienced and is always communicative and on time. They do a great job! Reasonably priced! My water pump was flooded from the rain, and i asked them to come take a look to make sure it was running properly. They found an electrical issue, had the part with them, and fixed it in under 30 minutes. Best part it was under warranty! so no extra charge or additional fees. Always great customer service.

Amazing response time and service! Had multiple leaks in the house (a real headache one week before Christmas) and Josh was able to diagnose and remediate the issue in just a couple of hours. While other service providers quoted 3 days out and $60 service visit to just provide a quote, the team at Warmer Water and Plumbing showed up ready to tackle the issue. Josh was really nice and answered any questions I presented to him. The service we had was just our tankless hot water heater regular maintenance which is required to not void the warranty. Josh got to work right away after arriving and flushed the system as well as cleaning the filters inside of the unit. If you are in need of any service they offer, I wouldn't hesitate on recommending them, great people and a fair price.

Marty was upfront and honest with the most professionalism regarding my water heater situation. I felt comfortable knowing every detail that was going into the repair along with where my money was being spent. Jay was awesome! Super personable and treated my home as if it was his own.
