The water pressure from one bathroom faucet had gradually weakened over time, so we scheduled a small plumbing service visit to investigate the issue. The plumber cleaned the line, replaced the aerator, and checked nearby connections while completing the repair. The appointment took less than an hour. Compared to before, the faucet runs much more smoothly and the water flow feels noticeably stronger and more even. It was a simple repair, but it improved daily convenience immediately and saved us from replacing the entire fixture unnecessarily.

All of the positive reviews are absolutely spot on for Wacker Plumbing. They are incredibly friendly and responsive right from the get go, but more importantly, they make a real effort to make you feel like they are in this with you. Some service providers come in and can be condescending, make you feel like you are responsible for the problem or you should have known better. Wacker isn't like that. Jamal (who I highly recommend you request if possible, he is absolutely phenomenal) came through once, took a look at everything, and got to work. As he was leaving, he told me he did his best to fix a leaky valve, but he thought it was likely to fail pretty soon. Sure enough, I called the next day to say that the hot water had indeed stopped working again. Not only did the person answering the phone know who I was and what the issue was, they had called ahead to order the necessary replacement parts without me asking, and Jamal could be back out the next day to replace the valve, no extra service charge for the second visit. Everyone else can do what they like...I'm happy to say I have a go-to plumber! Thanks, guys...we really appreciate the service.

We've been using Wacker Plumbing since November of 1995 when they remodeled our master bathroom and guest bathroom and then in 1996 when they did our downstairs powder room. We've had Wacker come out a number of times to snake out our kitchen sink and for other minor repairs. We've always been impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the plumbers who have come to work at our house and the responsiveness with which our requests for service have been met. We used a local plumbing company once before and were not satisfied with the work they did or skills of the plumber they sent. And even though I have a number of friends and contacts who own or work for other plumbing companies, we will continue to rely on Wacker Plumbing because they are the BEST!

Nick and Ryan arrived on time, explained the work completely, and answered all of my questions. I was concerned about how my old water heater was going to be emptied, since I do not have any drainage in my basement. Nick figured out a solution and everything went really smoothly. I am VERY impressed. In addition, their price was $1500 LESS than the other quotes I received. Wacker Plumbing will absolutely be my "go-to" for future plumbing needs.

Wacker plumbing was professional and arrived within the estimated time frame. I needed bathroom shower stem valves replaced. Wacker's service tech Nick did the job in 45 minutes. This job literally cost me 1/2 the amount of the lowest estimate I had received from three other plumbers. I Nick also helped out with two other quick requests at no charge. I will definitely call them for any other future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!!!
