My master bathroom sink wasn’t draining, I tried everything I decided to take the pipe under the sink to see what was stuck. NOTHING I went to the front bathroom water all over the floor and in the cabinet under the sink. I inherited the house last year after losing my dad. He was in charge of repairs, back in the day he did things himself. This was my first big girl issue. I didn’t know one plumber from the next, I googled plumbers near me Voyager Plumbing popped up with 4.9 stars. I sent a message about 0700 by 0800 someone called to schedule a guy to Come out to check out what is going on. The guy (Arnold) got to the house about 1000. He cut a little hole in the wall to see what was going on. Cracked pipe in the wall. Arnold called the boss (Thomas) to bring the camera over. What I thought was a little issue was bigger than i could have imagined. My house is older all the pipes are cast iron and rusty inside. I told them about an issue that was taken care of in 2014, Thomas showed me what this fix looked like and what it should look like. Thomas said they can take care of that and all the plumbing or just the the original issues. He wasn’t pushy just letting me know what was going on which I appreciate. I told him you’re here just take care of all the pipes. All the employees who have been to the house have so polite and dealing with my dog barking at them each time they walked past her. Thomas calls me to let me know the progress. The guys who are at the house text me to let me know they are done for the day. Francisco has been at the house majority of the time. He’s so polite easy to talk and joke with. If I had a package delivered he was so kind to bring it in the house. Johnny and Josh have been there to help. Both are very kind, friendly and they are all hard workers, Thomas (owner) and Arnold (original guy who found the issue). I truly wish I could give them a million stars. They made this overwhelming situation not so overwhelming. I highly recommend Voyager Plumbing you will NOT be disappointed.

Brandon came out to inspect and give a free quote, and the next morning, Francisco arrived with everything needed to complete the installation. Both were great to deal with and it was a nice experience to deal with an unpleasant problem. What a great team Thomas has working with him, Johnny and Anthony were extremely friendly as well as tireless workers. They did a very good job on my sewer pipes explaining everything as they went along. I would be happy to refer them to anyone in need of good diligent plumbers.

PHENOMENAL EXPERTICE in plumbing. We had a slab leak caused by a burst in our cold water line the morning after Christmas 2024. Voyager plumbing immediately began to coordinate testing for moisture, abatement for lead/asbestos, packing out, and drying in preparation to execute repairs. By 14 Jan 2025 Voyager, guided by the leadership of Frank Arias, completed a TOTAL reinstall of all hot/cold water lines and drain lines for two bathrooms, kitchen, garage and ALL outdoor water/drain fixtures. During the process Frank keep us informed of the progress and intent moving forward, further providing pictures. I can not express how pleased we are with the total install. We took advantage of the opportunity and had Voyager install a tankless ready heater, 5 stage Halo 5 whole house water filtration system, a wash basin in the garage. PHENOMINAL. The owner Thomas has a solid company that provides superior services. The photos are small example of how they have perfected their craft! UPDATE TO RESENT REVIEW: Again I cannot express the professionalism and service to the customer that Voyager Plumbing exudes. While they had completed the plumbing noted in the pictures, they had one of our showers and kitchen area prepped to finish the “rough end” plumbing once the contractors completed their portion of the reconstruction. Fast forward over a month later and once the contractors have got to a point to allow Voyager plumbing to complete their portion rough end plumbing, the owner Thomas took it upon himself to come and complete the plumbing. Mind you , the Voyager plumbing contract had already been signed as complete. From my prospective Voyager plumbing holds true to their word and puts the customers first while ensuring the job tasked is complete as specified. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for your plumbing needs.

We called Voyager Plumbing to come and fix a bathroom sink clog. The scheduling process was easy and they were very nice on the phone. Brandon showed up on time after he called to let us know he was on his way. He provided a quote before work was started and was able to complete the process as quoted. Very friendly. Clean vans. Professional uniform. Fair price. I will call them again. I highly recommend them to be your plumbers too.
