Two days ago I reached out to this company whom last year helped us with a leak in our ceiling. At that time a plumbing company we used in the past told us they were too busy. Nick and his Dad came right away, assessed the situation, and told us what needed to be done, which included a referral to a contractor who did a great job as well. Yesterday Nick came by to fix another issue we are having, and again was beyond pleasant, kind, friendly, engaging and professional! I am in the Banking industry fpr almost 25 years, and have a good reputation as a "Connector " in helping people and businesses with introductions to those I trust. I strongly trust and endorse this company and the people involved, from Mike, to his son Nick to Nick's fiancé Diana. You will be more than satisfied with the work they do, the service they provide, and who they are as people. Thank you Team Von, you are the best!

I’ve been a customer of Von Plumbing for years and most recently for an emergency plumbing issue. They couldn’t have been here fast enough or handled the situation more professionally! Best plumbers I’ve ever known, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They spent 5 hours on a Saturday fixing our problem, taking time to understand the issues, evaluate the causes and agree a sustainable solution. Absolutely incredible service. I decided to renovate my downstairs half bath to a full bathroom with a walk in shower. I reached out to Mike at Von Plumbing to discuss moving plumbing to create the shower and relocating the vanity and toilet. Mike and his team did an amazing job helping me create a beautiful bathroom. I have worked with Mike for many years and he is always very reliable and very professional. Von Plumbing and Heating was very fair and honest with the service for my Utica SSC heating. Their knowledge with this heating system is definitely apparent. My Utica was presenting with a code that I could not figure out. They came by and assesses the situation promptly, free of charge. I will have them back to service and/or repair my Utica.
