VIP plumbing did an amazing job with helping to diagnose our water heater issue, helping to shut off the leak and then installing a tankless heater. Jon did an excellent job of explaining what the issue was and he professionally recommended a viable solution. He also was the only plumber to answer the phone during a Saturday evening over Labor Day weekend! The man is tireless and does not stop working! I used VIP Plumbing Experts to repair an outside faucet. The repair required more than replacing the assembly as the piping inside the wall could not be loosen. John explained the issue and provided several options to resolve the issue. One option was to replace the washer, but it was a temporary fix. I asked John to repair it. I greatly appreciated his transparency and level of detail. John discovered the home builder used a concrete glue to secure the pipe fitting. Our home is 21 years old. John took his time to repair pipe and the faucet. John took extra steps to secure the piping inside the wall. I was impressed with the repair - very clean. I will use VIP Plumbing Experts for my future plumbing issues and I will refer VIP Plumbing to my family & friends. Highly recommended!

John of VIP Plumbing is excellent. Professional, personable and thorough. In the fall of 2020 he installed a hot water recirculation system in our house that has been wonderful. We wish we had done it sooner. John was incredibly patient, answering my many questions about it. And now he came quickly to fix a leak after the arctic weather of 2021.

Used VIP plumbing a few years ago during an emergency toilet near overflow situation occurring before I had to leave for work, the guy arrived cordially & promptly, but charged me $389 and left without solving a simple clog in my plumbing, instead wanted to return for more diagnostic testing which would cost another few hundred. My sirens went off and contacted another plumber who was able to fix the problem with minimal costs. I hear about crooked contractors who are unethical and wished to never run into one, but I guess I learned my lesson. I was desperate and had to get to work and called the first plumber that pulled up on 24 hr plumbing google maps. I now forewarned all my friends to avoid this business and their unorthodox practices. ** And I did confirm from my text history and their business number that this is the company before they try to say they have no record of my business / address etc. Also kind of odd their newest review is 3 years ago.. again I’d proceed with caution

I too wish that I would have read the reviews about John and his lack of responsibility. I set an appointment up last Friday with John to come out first thing this morning. When I spoke with him it was never mentioned that he might be late. I called several times this morning and left several messages, but absolutely so response, no call - no nothing. John must not need customers as he has lost this one. I'll never make the mistake in calling him again. I have used the Good Contractors list several times, not sure how VIP Plumbing got on this list. I rate this as a negative zero. A few weeks ago Jon called me and explained that he had been in the hospital and was not able to respond to my call. He apologized for not returning my call and expressed how sorry he was that I did not get the service I expected. He also offered that if ever we needed service he would definitely make sure that he is out quickly and will communicate that to me. I appreciate the call.
