The Vintage Plumbing Company helped clear some tree roots that blocked our drainage. They are excellent in communications throughout the whole process, from booking the appointment, informing their arrival, explaining the problems and solutions, to the payment. They answered my questions during and after their work and shared additional information I requested. I really appreciate their service.
My husband & I have used VP a few times, and we are very happy with their work! We have had them repair not 1 but 2 busted pipes, install new toilets, and unclog drains. They have been consistently communicative, kind, and available. We will definitely continue to use them for future emergencies and projects! Pictures are from when we had tree roots growing up through a toilet drain!!! 🤢
Great job guys. the master plumber came out while working with the apprentice and addressed my issues directly, were clear about pricing, discussed timeframes and set expectations and had very gentle respectful demeanor while they fixed my plumbing, sink, toilet, checked my ac drain line, hot water heater, and garbage disposal!
Just had their service guy show up, quoted me $600 to snake my main line. He had all the excuses of what could go wrong and all the work he may have to do, told him giving worst case price up front was bad business when it was a simple snake job. Threw away $79 to send him back to the shop, will never use Vintage or recommend them ever.
I hired them to replace a stripped faucet that was leaking water for a week. The company charges a $79 service fee and will remove the fee if you complete the work at the time of evaluation. They arrived as scheduled, contacted us immediately with the solution, and sent over the estimate for approval. I made contact with them because I couldn't believe the estimate amount of $495 to replace an outdoor faucet. Jeremy told me because the home is 12 years old they no longer make the part for the faucet. He fixed it in less than 45 minutes total. Jeremy is pleasant and I appreciate the work being conducted in one setting, but I believe this is sorely overpriced and minimal in material cost. I have reached out to two other licensed and insured companies that told me this was overpriced but do not want named and our personal handyman said he would have completed this job for $75. All are licensed and insured the same as Vintage Plumbing. I would not recommend them based on pricing alone.
I purchased an old home that was vacant for a couple of months. I had it inspected and the inspector passed it with flying colors. A couple of months later I was having an issue with the half bath toilet leaking. Being new to the OK area, I asked around for references for a plumber, I was given several referrals to Vintage Plumbing. I contacted Vintage Plumbing and my first interaction was with Marla the scheduler, She was very polite and set my appointment up immediately. I received a reminder text letting me know when my appointment was scheduled. The morning of my appointment I received a text informing me my technician "Tim" (with a picture for identification purchases - which was great) was on his way to my home. Upon arriving at my home ON TIME, which is rare for plumbers, Tim was very courteous and got right to work on my project. Upon investigating my problem - he found I had a larger problem than what I had expected. Tim explained he was trying to snake the drain to clear the blockage, and his snake fell through. He explained he would need to go under my home to retrieve it. Once he returned he explained I had some issues that I needed to see. Would I mind if he used a pipe camera for a fee. I contemplated it for a few minutes and finally agreed. I am so glad I did, what he showed me on the line camera shocked me. The cast iron piping from 1959 had gave out, leaving me with several cracked pipes and holes. Which meant the black/grey sewage was not leaving the house down the main drain, but being dumped under my house flooding it out. Causing MAJOR issues to say the least. Tim explained, different routes I could do to help eliminate some or all of the problems. He explained "I will get get you some quotes together and email them out to you, so you can make your decision on what you want to do. As promised the next day I had my quotes in my email waiting. Tim gave me 3 different options to review. Good- patching it up for a temporary fix, Better - fixing the piping that was in dire need of repair now, or Best - replacing what needed to be replaced so no further damage gets done and no further work was going to be needed down the road. I went with the Best quote option - Vintage Plumbing does offer you an option for financing {not Vintage Plumbing} it's an outside financial group. I financially needed to apply for it, within minutes I was approved. I contacted Marla to set something up to do the repairs. Thursday morning, Tim showed up and started right in on removing the old cast iron piping from under the house {he busted his butt, needless to say in waste water and sludge that had accumulated under there} He explained unfortunately this was not gonna be a 1 day repair, which I had already assumed due to what repairs needed to be done, all the plumbing on the west side of my home needed to be replaced. I explained to him I acknowledged the work needing to be done was a lot and I was not expecting him to complete it in 1 day. He returned the next day and started right in. The work he did to prepare for the repair was extreme and I couldn't have asked for a better Technician to have done it. He was under my home removing the cast iron, then, He had to sledge hammer my patio to get to the piping that went to the main drain in 102* sun beating down on him. He worked (3) eight hour days without taking a break. Day 3 - 5:00 PM and all the plumbing was done. I said to him "you can come back tomorrow to finish up the concrete work" he declined and said "No, I'm gonna finish this up for you today". I cannot express how happy I am with the work Tim did. If you are in need of any plumbing work to be done, whether it's a small job or a HUGE one like I needed done. Tim from Vintage Plumbing is the man to call. 10 Stars to Tim and Vintage Plumbing. Thank You again to Tim & Vintage Plumbing.

We had to have our water shut off valve replaced as it was so corroded it couldn’t effectively shut off our water, which inhibited our DIY shower stem replacement project. I actually called around to several different companies assessing who could give me a ballpark quote and what everyone’s service fees were. Vintage was the only company to call me back and follow up on my interest, and they also had the lowest service fee ($79– waived if contracted for the job). They got me scheduled at a time that worked for me, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. The serviceman that came out was great about talking me through what he was doing, and he drew up a quote before starting the job. The tech ran into the issue of the city shut off valve snapping when he shut off the water to the house, so he was here longer than anticipated, but Vintage still honored the initial quote. The serviceman cut, replaced, and soldered the pipes feeding into the shut off valve, and he also installed a convenient and aesthetically pleasing access panel. Cost was $680. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would use this company again.
At 4:30pm on Friday, our sink sprayer cracked and broke, leaving us unable to use our kitchen faucet without water shooting all directions from the sprayer hose. We immediately got on the phone, trying to find a plumber. Vintage answered, had a plumber that they could send right over. He told us he could NOT replace the sprayer head that broke, he would have to replace the entire hose, or cap it off. Either way, it would cost $300 + parts. The hose was in perfect condition, and we made it clear we were only looking for a quick and cheap fix for the time, as we are planning an entire remodel soon. We sent him on his way. Saturday morning, we head to Home Depot, purchase a replacement sprayer head, pull up a YouTube video, walking us through the simple process, and now our faucet AND sprayer work perfectly for a mere $7.86. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT Tries/Does TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS over such a quick and easy solution. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! He told us our simple repair could NOT be fixed. This was ATTEMPTED HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!
I called for a price inquiry when I'm struggling really bad right now due to a bad divorce. I explained I didn't have much money and had already tried snaking my toilet on my own and couldn't get it to flush. They responded there was a flat fee to come out, plus the price of service which would be determined on site. I had to decline as I couldn't even afford the flat fee and said I would manage on my other toilet until things improved for me. Days later, maybe a week go by and Vintage called me back, stating that the owner said he could come by and take a shot at my toilet with his snake, for free, if I still needed it done. I accepted joyfully. We had some scheduling conflicts come up but when Tim (?) came by, he took care of my blocked toilet in minutes, for free, and only asked that I make a review on Google. Thank you so very much, Vintage Plumbing. I appreciate y'all so much and will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.
After having a bad experience with another well-known plumbing company, I called Vintage. The lady I spoke to was very courteous and made an appointment for me immediately. I was told the technician would arrive between 1 and 3pm. The technician, Timothy, showed up before noon! Extremely happy about that! He was very professional and courteous, listened to my problem, inspected the site, and quoted me a price. It was an underground main water line break and he began work immediately. He was at my house most of the afternoon. He found the break, repaired it properly, made sure everything was working with no leaks. The best news was that the price did not change one bit. It was the price he quoted me at the start. Vintage Plumbing has a customer for life in me. Quality workmanship, fair pricing that doed not change on a whim, and great customer service. You can not go wrong if you call them for your pluming needs!
A few months ago, we had Vintage come out to run a camera and the possibility of some under-foundation work. Another plumbing company had found the break, but were too busy to do it themselves. The plumber who showed up at 9am on a Friday was red-faced, glassy-eyed, frequently lost his train of thought, and swayed in place. He never seemed to understand what we were asking of him (he thought there was clog), and he quoted us an absurd price for the camera estimate (several thousand) and told us we were getting a good deal because it can cost more than ten thousand. Suffice it to say, we got him out of the house as fast as possible. I still can't believe I paid $75 for that "service call", but at least I got a story to tell the next set of plumbers about (who were great, and replaced 10' of under-foundation pipe for less than three times Vintage's quote for the camera work).
It's refreshing when you find a company that understands what customer service is. After numerous calls to other companies and being told we can't service you, I was fortunate enough to find Vintage. Marla ( I hope that's correct) didn't hesitate to say yes we can when I explained the issue and where I was located. She set up the appointment and kept us informed on when the technician would arrive. Brad the technician was extremely efficient in his work and explaining in detail what work was needed in our situation. We highly recommend Vintage to anyone seeking a company that will treat you like a customer instead of a nuisance. Thank you again for the service that was provided.
Vintage Plumbing is a good neighbor. As we were planning for remodeling a couple of years ago, the owner came to consult with us about the possibility of installing a heat recycling system. He was cordial and thorough in explaining the pros and cons and estimated costs. We decided not to install such a system. He didn't charge us for helping us. Recently, a Vintage plumber was working in a residence across the street. He notice some water draining from our sprinkler system. He took the initiative to ring our doorbell. He showed us the problem area, explained the likely cause and what might be done to fix it. There was no charge. Good neighbors indeed.
The two gentlemen showed up before their appointment time, very nice. We discussed the issue with the yard drains running slowly. They gave me two options, I chose the lesser of the two, and they promptly went to work. During the process they discovered one of the main drain lines had been cut during previous "cable" work. He gave me a revised cost for the parts and labor and we said done and done. They went to get the parts, finished the job, and I now have a drain system that does what it's supposed to do. Thanks to the guys!!! Terry and Diane C.
