Vines did an excellent job helping us to locate and fix a water leak issue at our house. They were proactive with confirming appointment times and gave plenty of notice when technicians were on the way. Their communication with us was excellent. They went over all the options with us and answered all of our questions. When deciding whether to only fix the repair or to re pipe the entire home, the technicians were very patient. They did as little demolition as possible until they could determine if re piping or a repair was the best option. The technicians gave me the time and space I needed to make a decision. When the job was done, the home was left extremely clean. I am very impressed with the customer service and the professionalism of all the technicians that came to our home.

Craig was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me go through the procedures of what happens with hot water tanks. He explained why there was rust on the bottom. I'm glad that he's coming back to do the actual installation. I would highly recommend him.

My technicians Nick Ryan and Ruben Aguirre were amazing. Best men for the job they could have sent. Very professional, kind, expert knowledge, and kept a clean work place. They were able to install a new water heater for my family after ours died a few days ago. As they worked they were also kind enough to pet our dog and play with my 2 year old little boy. He enjoyed watching them work and interrupt them with sword fighting. They did a job well done and we appreciate their hard work! Thank you Ruben and Nick!

I could not be happier with the guys from Vines. AC unit was not cooling the house. Brand new house we just moved in. A different vendor installed it and the Trane unit had a Freon leak. I called yesterday morning and Sean came out to the house a couple hours later and found the Freon leak. He filled the system back up with Freon and told me they had to order the parts from the manufacturer. Because of the weekend it might not be until next week. Me and the dogs were getting kinda hot we just moved from New Hampshire. Well, I got a call this morning from the office at Vines and they had the parts in stock and wanted to come right over to fix it. Just like that CJ and Austin showed up, climbed into the attic and three hours later they were all done. It was all fixed and the house is already cooling down. The guys were wonderful. They were pleasant. They answered all my questions. They even played with the dogs for a minute and the golden retrievers love that. I am new to Conway and I made the best choice in choosing these guys to fix my problem I could not be any more happy. Thanx everyone at Vines.

Hello there, Thank you for your expedient services. You have done a LOT of work for us and we appreciate it. My only criticism would be that Michael, your representative, told me that the 'hydro-irrigation machine' would be an extra $600. Bit of a difference from $836. Know that I signed my name but will be honest to say that I did not see an itemized bill. I was handed a cell phone and asked to sign on a 'signature page.' Please know I'm not making a big gripe. Michael was great, cordial and informative. You guys are always prompt and get the job done. Of course, this was more expensive than I wanted it to be but, isn't it always?
