Cody was very nice and helpful. He explained what needed to be done and was a clean and efficient worker. He solved our problem promptly.
Had a leaking water filter in the basement. Chuck from Village Plumbing did his usual excellent job of repairing it. Nice guy, great plumber and a great company. They have been taking good care of our place for 23 years.
Eric has incredible plumbing experience and knowledge. We have a fairly new home and the hot water stopped working. Eric was prompt in problem solving the issue and resolving it. While working on our water heater, Eric pointed out that we had a missing a component that prevented hot water reaching the other side of the house. I just assumed the hot water just took a long time to warm up. He installed the correct part and now my boys are so happy now to get hot water quickly to their shower! We always call Village Plumbing for all our plumbing needs - broken sump pump pipe; sump pump battery back ups; hot water issues, etc.
They just were on the news for working on someone's home when a fire was started in the basement where they were working. Use them at your own risk Always ask to see the person's plumbing license before letting them preform plumbing tasks in you're family's home
We had Village Plumbing come out and replace our two water heaters. They were on time, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. The guy who came, Eric, was very knowledgeable and gave us several tips on how to maintain your water heaters to live long life. Will definitely use them again in the future
