Jeff is very responsive, timely and does a good job. Have needed a bunch of plumbing work recently and Jeff was able to take care of it all very quickly. Highly recommend Victory Plumbing!

Jeff at Victory plumbing is the most responsive and helpful plumber I've ever had the opportunity to know! He always answers my emails within an hour and has lots of helpful suggestions to see if the problem can be fixed first. He is professional and I cannot say enough good things about this company! I'll never use another plumbing service! Just wanted share with others the gem we were told about!

Jeff and Ryan are super plumbers! They should wear capes with a “P” on their chest. We had a oder from the plumbing in the bathroom. They explained why it was happening and the solution for the fix. Each step was explained and attention to details was very impressive. I strongly recommend Victory Plumbing of Bel Air for any plumbing needs!

The second job that Jeff came out and did was to install a new sink in master bathroom. The sink was not secured down with silicone. The other sink was the example to replicate. A bunch of ugly white caulk was applied. I contacted Jeff to come back and fix it with no reply. I had to remove the sink and clean up his mess. I applied silicone, not caulk and now the sink is secured properly and looks clean and matches the other sink. I will not be using Victory plumbing anymore.

I have now used Victory three times. Jeff is my 'go to'! The first time used Victory Plumbing I needed a back-up hot water tank that had failed removed. The project required disconnecting and capping the water lines; disconnecting and capping the gas line; capping the exhaust line; and removal and disposal of the tank. Len the Plumber quoted $1100. Jeff was able to complete the job for $450. Last month, while traveling out of town, my wife called to tell me the hot water tank was leaking. I gave her Jeff's number and asked he to call him, telling him that I would be back in town in early afternoon. Jeff and his apprentice met me at 3:30pm as arranged and replaced my tank within 90 minutes. It was relief to have a professional available for an 'emergency' that I could count upon to show up on time and take care of the problem immediately. Two days ago, Jeff came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a small gas line leak on my fireplace within a very short period of time. His work is always neat ,efficient, and reasonably priced. Lastly, when you call the number, Jeff is the person that answers... and he always answers his phone unless both hands are in a project at that moment.

I started with Jett Plumbing because the sellers of the home I bought recommended them to me. The sellers actually had a bit of work done by Jett Plumbing for me as part of the sale which turned out to be not to code - something I only found out because Jeff told me that there is no way that the work would have passed inspection (wait, what? there was supposed to be an inspection from the Harford County Permit Board???). Paul Jett's demeanor, tardiness, and his failure to get my hot water baseboard heating working on his first visit to my place had motivated me to call Jeff at Victory Plumbing. Jeff was a true professional and gave me roughly the price that Paul was going to give me for him to actually fix my problem on his second visit. Needless to say, Jeff fixed my problem (original owner had installed purge valves upside down long ago, something which Paul did not bother to tell me on his first visit but obviously knew based on the quote he gave me for his second visit). If you are looking for a competent, honest, professional plumber that shows up on time and is interested in helping you solve your problems, then Jeff is your guy.

I give victory plumbing a 5/5 who doesn’t love to support local businesses and honest trustworthy reliable people at that ! In my eyes that is a win win case scenario ! After having several people come take a look at what was going on I can honestly say Jeff went above and beyond from checking everything & looking at things that other plumbers did not as well as making suggestions ! (Which in the end helped save us money too, which who doesn’t love to save money). These guys Jeff & Ryan were very personable , Their was no one trying to upsell anything again they were honest which made what was a very stressful process that much more less stressful ! Even after finishing the job he not only looked over everything once or twice he checked it all a third time as well as talking us through it all !!! FOR THAT THANK YOU AND I AM SO SO GRATEFUL TO FIND TRUSTWORTHY RELIABLE GUYS TO DO THIS JOB !! I had my waterline , hot water heater, expansion tank , the whole 9 yards done! Victory plumbing made sure everything was up to code and definitely went the extra mile which exceeded my expectations!

We called Victory plumbing on a Sunday morning after our kitchen faucet sprung a cold water leak. This was controlled by turning off the quick shut off valve. I explained that my wife was recuperating from a recent long term hospital stay and needed the use of the kitchen sink as she was confined to the downstairs part of our house. Jeff explained that he was booked up until the middle of the week but agreed to come out the next day. He and his apprentice showed up when he said he would on time and installed a new faucet in no time. Estimate given before the work started, very respectful and professional. Will use them again and recommend very highly.

Very impressed with Victory Plumbing. Jeff came out quickly and had me taken care of in no time. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about his industry. I felt comfortable having him in my home and he worked up a great solution for my basement piping issue. I trusted his suggestions and never felt like i was being misled or upsold. My well pressure tank was leaking and I sent out a request on yelp to several plumbers. While only 3 responded initially, when i explained what i needed only Jeff from Victory got back to me in minutes and gave me a quote. He scheduled me for the next morning and replaced the tank. He did a great job and was neat, personable, courteous and just a nice guy to chat with. I was a technician for 45 years so i know a kindred spirit when i run into one. Its so nice to have someone who cares about customers!! I would definitely call him out again!!!

My hot water heater was replaced so that hot water would be restored to my condo.... but water continued to be tepid. A mixing valve was replaced- still no hot water. Then I called Victory Plumbing! Jeff diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a written estimate before he left my home. Today he was back to do the job, taking care to protect carpet and with a friendly and professional manner. Thanks, Jeff!! I have HOT water once again!!

We found a leak on Memorial Day morning and they were over in 2 hours. We were supposed to have people over for the holiday and Victory Plumbing made sure that it happened! Very personable, walked me through why it happened, what we would need to do for a claim and was very nice to my wife , kids and dog! In and out in 20 minutes. The cost was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

I didn’t know where to turn to after being robbed both by Len the Plumber and Roto Rooter. Jeff from Victory was so straightforward and fair. He investigated to see if we had a leak. Great experience getting bathroom back in shape. Helped address some issues from the previous owner. Took the time to explain quality of fittings and toilets so we could make the best long term choices. Then he took care of everything including purchasing of the equipment, install, and disposal. A full service outfit I will certainly rely on in the future.
