I had a gas leak with my furnace and was referred to Vessels by a coworker; and I must say, I’m genuinely thankful for that recommendation. Nick and Jaylen were kind, knowledgeable and informative in letting me know of the process step by step, until their job was done…and that’s important for someone like me. I would highly recommend!

I really appreciate Leaha and Justin for working with me . They are really customer service excellence! They worked with me practically held my hands during this trying time of having my entire plumbing system underneath my home . There no dig process is highly impressive and saved my home from being...basically chopped in half just to replace the old pipes...this digless process is a true home owners life saver. I have no fault with the work they performed at the time - but it's now 6 months later - we have a sewer blockage and find that the clean out has been plugged leaving us no access to cleanout a backup. And to add insult to injury - it's a Friday night and vessels appears to offer no weekend service - even if it an issue they created.

I am very disappointed in the job that was done in my daughter's house. we did a whole house remodel and changed out the old plumbing. 1st they did not discard the old stuff from the basement 2nd they did not secure the sink faucet line to the water line. My daughter got up to a flooded 1st floor . when we call and asked them to come out and repair we were told they had no record of doing the job and charged her for the repair. NOW she is stuck with a 17K floor replacement and a 3k bill from service pro. We are still trying to work this out with our contractor.

Vessels plumbing was sent to our home VIA American Home Shield Warranty company to replace a shower valve. The plumbers replaced the valve did not communicate having ANY issues or problems replacing the valve. A few hours later a crack appeared in the ceiling of the bathroom below and water started leaking from the crack. I called Vessels back. They sent a different plumber over who was able to stop leak, this was almost midnight on a Friday. He assured me that this was 100 percent the plumbers fault that was here previously and that to fix the problem they would have to cut tile, he had made the owner aware and they would make this right the following day. I called back the following day, I was told I must have misunderstood they couldn't fix that on a Saturday and they were slammed and they would work me in to get it fixed. Almost a full week later they came back to fix the pipe. That's when I started getting the run around and Vessel's said they were not responsible for having to cut the tile. I had to call Vessels daily to get any response. This all started on February 18th. It is now March 8th. I still have a hole in my wall and ceiling due to the negligence of Vessel's plumbing and ultimately American Home Shield. I WOULD NOT hire this plumbing company regardless of this being a job through American Home Shield their plumbers were incompetent and dishonest. They do not stand behind their work. My house is a disaster and I am left trying to put it back together thanks to Vessels Plumbing their lack of communication, professionalism and incompetence.

I work as a general contractor and I have used many plumbers over the years. Vessels is by far the best that I have worked with and they have quickly become my go to plumber. Russ is an excellent communicator and he lets me know exactly how the process will work on every job and he takes the time to explain the things that I do not understand in a way that makes me feel confident that the work being preformed is going to be the right fit for my needs. On a recent Job I met Dave. He came out and installed new plumbing for me and his work was efficient and done with great skill. I could tell that he takes great pride in his professionalism. I know that from start to finish that the team at Vessels is going to do excellent work and I will defiantly continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

We Contacted Vessels Plumbing for their cured-in-place pipe services. Their lining process was the perfect solution for our sewer line issue. Our yard has extensive landscaping, fencing and hard surface installations. Even other plumbing professionals who had come on site to bid suggested that we consider the procedure that Vessels offers. The complete lining process from excavation to final inspection took less than 24 hours. Vessels gave sound advice, the staff was professional, knowledgable and completely engaged in their service and the repair of our sewer. In the end we had only to reconstruct an eight by three foot area of our garden path and were able to save the sixty year old red maple that was at the 'root' of the problem. Was fairly impressed with this company! They were VERY good as to what my cost were going to be as the project evolved. The situation turned out to be much simpler and less expensive than first though and I was given several options as to how it could be fixed. The crew (sorry guys I'm awful with names) was very professional and right on it. Had me back up in one day. Tanya at the office was invaluable at keeping me informed and even bumping me up on the schedule because I was completely with out service which was MUCH appreciated. The only negative was the mess that was left behind (busted concrete and some dirt) that they OBVIOUSLY did not want to mess with. Other than that, great work and would recommend!

Justin thoroughly explained the problem as well as the solution and could not have been more professional. Once the work began, Justin, along with Les and Chris, were prompt each day, kept me updated through the entire process and displayed the utmost knowledge and problem solving methods during what could have been an very ugly repair situation, and gave me the confidence that I was in the best hands. Nick and Jaylen also did an incredible job when they had to dig up the clean out. When they were finished, you hardly knew they had been there. I cannot recommend these young men enough. They all did an outstanding job.

DO NOT USE VESSELS PLUMBING! Vessels Plumbing misdiagnosed a water leak and caused around 80% of our front landscaping to be removed because they replaced the WRONG pipe at a cost of almost $3,000! We had to call a separate plumbing company to come out and find the actual problem and fix it properly (United Plumbing) when Vessels refused accountability for their mistake. According to United Plumbing, everything Vessels did was absolutely unnecessary. When we contacted Vessels they said too bad and are refusing to refund us any portion of their mistake. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!!!!

I am grateful for Vessels Plumbing. While not urgent, the work was scheduled one day after I called. Jesse demonstrated how the parts were not working and gave a ball park estimate on cost, which was reasonable and installed a fan motor. The next day Jesse and Chris installed the furnace inducer motor, water filter for humidifier, and correctly installed a flue liner that had been previously improperly installed. My furnace has never been so quiet! Quality work done by professionals!!! I will call Vessels Plumbing for every plumbing and HVAC need!!

I highly recommend Vessels plumbing for your home plumbing needs. They installed a new liner system into the main sewer pipe in my basement without tearing up my yard. Chris S, Justin, Brit, Chris and Josh were efficient, polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process to me. Each one of them treated my home as if it was their home. They cleaned up at the end of each day and kept communication open with me. I am satisfied 100% with their work and recommend Vesells plumbing without any reservations. Connie

We had a main drain clog that another company did not clear after repeated attempts and wanted to charge a lot of money to dig it up. Vessels came out on time; the crew was professional & knowledgeable. We had them video scope the 4" line to verify what was a stake. Found it was only clogged for 15' and not what the other company indicated and wanted to dig the line up for a lot of money. Now we will have Vessels clean out the line for us as it should have happened. I should have called Vessels first.

Just found out about vessels from a recommendation had a back up in the basement. called them and it was nothing but top notch service. all the way from the receptionist getting on top of things to Leaha helping me out with many different solutions, to Justin coming to the house explaining everything in detail and get it all assessed to help my 85-year-old mom. A fantastic company, great people Getting on their program to stay clean. They will be my go to compay for sure. Highly recommend Dave Crider
