Charles came out and was able to solve my issues with my kitchen drain within just a few minutes, i called these guys for a second opinion because another company said the pipe was collapsed, and tried to charge $3000 to repair. Charles with Vermillion plumbing just saved us from that! couldn't be more happy with the service provided!!!! Will HIGHLY recommend the services of these Guys!

Cory provided outstanding customer service when repairing my water heater. He quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. His skill set is among the best in Lawton. I will definitely use Vermillion Plumbing again and highly recommend their services.

Impeccable Service. Highly recommend!! Seriously… start to finish, I have not been impressed with a company as much as I have with these folks. Our previous hw heater was installed so wonky which made resetting or servicing a huge pain. Honestly, I am surprised it didn’t quit working sooner. We’ve been expecting for this time to come and the team couldn’t have made it a simpler process. And Without even asking, these guys corrected all of the previous install issues to accommodate any future needs!! Talk about superior service. So appreciated. Thanks y’all, you’re definitely my go to plumbing source from here on out.

Long story short, we bought a 40 year old home. Had back up 4 days after we moved in. And has been an ongoing issue ever since. So we had our sewage, water and gas lines on a maintenance plan with Home Serve. This plan only allows them to work outside the home. On the other occasions the contracted plumbers were able to clear it from the main or a vent jack. These guys kept insisting on coming in the house. We wanted a camera run so we could finally find out what continues to cause problems. They ran a camera and my husband asked them what they saw. He replied "you have a blockage on the inside" then turned his back and walked away. They really put little effort outside as they wanted to come inside so they could make more money. He could have broken up that clog but chose not to. I told my husband as soon as they arrived there was something about him I didn't trust! His name was James T. And when we chose not to let them come in he told my husband " tell Joann she is going to have to pay" and he left. We bought an electric auger and my husband cleared it himself. I don't think they were ethical, honest nor do they have good customer relations skills by reading the other reviews. So anyone that chooses this company please beware. But I will give them one star for showing up. I had to add this after thought. When we moved into the home we were talking to our neighbors about plumbers and this company we were told not to call!! My husband now refers to the company as Vermine.

Spent $600 to get the house sewer line cleaned out, but it didn't work. They wanted at least $250 more to run a camera plus more clean out charges to return. They have added charges for everything. Hired another plumber who cleared to line for $155.

I had a leak in my home about 3 weeks ago. The Shields guy, Chad, came to do the initial inspection. He sized everything up, gave me the history of my type of system, and told me what the plan going forward would be and what to expect. A few days later, two gentlemen from Vermillion came to the house. They pretty much told me what Chad did, and they told me how they were going to fix my problem. I felt pretty good because plumbers from different businesses were speaking the same language almost as if they planned it this way. Those two guys were professional and courteous. They informed me of every change and challenge so I wouldn't be surprised, misinformed, and would be able to participate in the solution. By the time they finished the job, they learned about me and I learned about them. Their work and candor was so refreshing that I felt moved to bless them each in a manner that I hoped would meet a need that I was unaware of, but was real. Also, it turns out that their boss may be a martial artist and I know some of his students and coaches personally. Small world. If I was to see these guys out in public, their money for a meal would be no good. They really put in some honest, but tedious work to solve my problem. I won't forget them or the business.

Had a stopped up line. They came out on Wednesday at the very end of the day and snaked the line from the septic tank. Still the line would not drain. Called back the next day and explained that the problem still persists. They told me that they would be back later in the day... That didn't happen. Called the next morning and they said they would come back that day. Still didn't happen. So I called again Monday morning, was told that they'd be out late in the day. Finally about 6:00 pm the tech called and was 10 minutes away. GREAT! He showed up promptly and cleared the clog. Nothing was ever said about a second charge to come back out yet Wednesday morning I received a call so they could collect a second $175.00 for the second time here. I told them that they were in the wrong as they didn't fix the problem the first time they were here. We argued about it a bit and finally I agreed to pay it but I would not be using them again. They said that was fine. I have used this company in the past but never again. It is very unprofessional to charge for a second service call when they didn't accomplish anything on the first call. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Well I woke up this morning to water in my office and front bathroom. I thought I located the problem but in the process broke a valve, so rather than make things worst I called a plumber. In less than an hour James & Jordan from Vermillion Plumbing showed up. They quickly fixed the valve I broke and took care of what I thought was the problem. Not long after they left I started seeing water again so I gave them a call back. They were at another location so I started looking for the leak again and knocking a few holes in the wall. James & Jordan made it over and located the leak for certain this time. They got the line that was coming up from the foundation capped off so we would have water in the rest of the house and said if they could make it back today they would, if not it would be tomorrow. That was ok, that meant only one bathroom wouldn’t have water overnight. Well They decided to go ahead and come back after hours and get the job finished! They went above and beyond to fix our emergency, squeezing it into their already busy day! Thank you James & Jordan!

I had an issue with my plumbing that Vermillion was able to respond to. Ethan and Charles showed up and quickly of the issue. Unfortunately, it was not covered by HomeServe. I needed the work done and was given a quote that I felt was reasonable. Because of the reasonable price, I also asked them for a quote on other work and when it could be completed. They were able to complete both projects in a timely manner that went above my expectations. I have always been pleased with the quality from this company and always look forward to using them when I have a plumbing issue. Charles was very knowledgeable in profession and was able to assess the problem basically of what I told them. Ethan did actually look at the issue and was able to verify that Charles did indeed know his stuff. Together they worked diligently and seemed very competent. I look to using Charles and Ethan in future plumbing endeavors if they arise.

4/11/2024. Once again James you have NOT failed us. You are amazing. You always punctual, professional and always get the job done. Thank you for fixing our plumbing issues at our rentals. We will never use anybody else to help us with our service line repairs for any of our homes. Previously you both (Kevin and you). We’re there to assist us. sorry i made my post in wrong place… like always you’re the best. This is the 3 call recently (for different issues) since we started using you, you have always been profession, courtesy, respect, and your knowledge is unbelievable. Kevin the “S” shower adaptor worked thank you. Now people over 4’11” can shower with ease. James I have observed you communicating and teaching ability is unbelievable. I have learned a few new things listening also. Again Thank you to both of you.

I wish I can give you 1000 star ⭐️ Charles and Eathan did an amazing job I had called so many people many people come and see but no one are serious for work and they gave me big Estimate i waited for saving money and someone who can do reasonable Price and I’m glad I was wait i found vermillion Charles and his coworkers they exactly know what they’re doing when they came they start work right away. I don’t have to say anything single word but so many people they came. They just looked without doing anything and they just left but Charles very professional on his work I highly recommended to the Vermillion. I appreciate it for your service and thank you so much 😊

I can't say enough great things about these guys. I've had two separate issues this week I've called them for and both times everyone is fantastic. The staff in the office and the techs are extremely professional and responsive and I have been able to get them out the same day both times. They are also very reasonably priced which is always a plus in this world! They were also very personable when they were in my home- I have animals and little kids and that can be an issue for some but these guys were amazing and I really appreciated it. They are now a saved contact and the only plumbers I will call.

Jamie called me to schedule my appointment within the hour of my requesting service. That immediately started my experience off right. Charlie is the plumber that was assigned to my call and he was simply amazing! He called me to let me know that he was on the way, he updated me on the status of my repairs, and he was so nice and professional. Unfortunately, with my home warranty company I am used to dealing with another plumbing company in the area and they are a complete nightmare. Vermillion was such a breath of fresh air. I will be requesting them moving forward. Thank you all!

Yesterday I called homeserve to report a sewer problem in the backyard, they dispatched out a company in Duncan called Vermillion Plumbing, which I’m glad they did after Jordan and James came out and assessed my situation with my sewer. He determined the stoppage was interior, he called homeserve to determine if I had interior coverage which I’m glad I had interior and exterior. He got authorization from homeserve, both of those gentlemen got right to work and finished in a timely fashion, would recommend this company and homeserve to anyone I know. I cannot say enough good things about Vermillion Plumbing. I have had them to my house on several occasions in the past 6 months for different issues. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is installed and working properly. They are timely, honest and fair priced. Charles has been the plumber that I have dealt with the most. He is the nicest person ever. His helper today was Kevin and he was super nice also. It is a pleasure doing business with people that care about their jobs and their customers.
