Prompt, quality work, and really nice dudes! It seems like they enjoy their work; it sure is nice to pay people like that, despite the inconvenience of having to call a plumber.

Charlie and his son are awesome when it comes to plumbing repairs in the Verde Valley. They have helped me with drain issues in the past as well as toilet replacement and I was very pleased all the way around. You can't go wrong giving them a call.:)

Based on the reviews I called for service. They were suppose to be here 2-8-19. Plumber called said he couldn’t make it a Friday but would call Monday to reschedule. Unfortunately he never called to reschedule

I called twice and never received a call back. I understand that people are busy, but this isn't the best way to run a business. I would have preferred a call to let me know they were too busy to take new clients then for my calls to be ignored.

Jeremy installed a "new" reverse osmosis system June 2025. The water was delicious and the TDS read a consistent 14, and 16 in December 2025 when we had him come out and change the filters as he had recommended (every 6 months). After changing our filters December 23rd, our TDS readings went up to 260! We called to let him know the pressure dropped significantly and the water was cloudy and had an odor. We bled the system up to about 10 times and flushed the membrane a couple times and let the system refill before testing again. We let Jeremy know it wasn't performing like before. Nothing was broke until he changed those filters. His response was slightly defensive and his resolution was to change the membrane out which had not yet been done, and to charge us again. This did not sound reasonable to me as to why would I trust another service when the first service provided had not worked and was abandoned unresolved? How does a 6 month old perfectly working new system go from great to broke? It's a mystery to us. Won't use these guys again...and their answering their "business" phone line or returning messages are slow. I tried to get a copy of the receipt from when we had the system installed with no help, never got a call back. And their business address is a residential area, I'm sure there are a few ma/pa businesses in this town that work from home. Very disappointed, now we are buying bottled water until this gets resolved.

I just bought a house in Rimrock. Discovered that the previous owner had the existing water softener plumbed by another company into the outdoor spigots as well as the rest of the house. Not good for the plants you need to water. I asked for a quote to have extra outdoor spigots plumbed bypassing the water softener. Jeremy explained to me how he could give me a system that treats water without using salt, and it would be beneficial for my family and for the plants, and I could forego the cost and hassle of installing extra spigots. Jeremy came to my property, answered all of my questions, gave me a quote and set a date for the install. He also lit the pilot light for my water heater which I was unable to do. When the time came for the install, everything went smoothly, he and his assistant demonstrated professional expertise and did a nice looking installation. My wife and daughter are happy now because they don't have to suffer having the softened by salt water dry skin and hair issues. The water also tastes good and makes for a good cup of coffee! For the 2nd time Charlie and Jeremy saved me from lots of heartbreak caused by plumbing failures. They are very accommodating with scheduling and fit me in very quickly. As repairs started they both kept me informed about parts needed and what the plan was. The best part is that they found a leak before it became a major problem and they changed out a filter behind my laundry area. The wall was open and they saw the filter off to the side and saved me from problems later on down the road. I have come to appreciate plumbers more than most trades and I found a good one.

Our water heater (50 gal.) was leaking and filled with so much sediment that we only had 5-10 minutes worth of hot water for showering. I called at least 10 plumbers in the area and nobody could come out until the following week. I called Charlie at Verde Valley Plumbing and even though he was booked, he made the time to come out the next day. Him and his son (Jeremy) installed a new water heater that same day and I appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Verde Valley Plumbing.

Chuck was my neighbor who happened to be a plumber. He did the entire plumbing for an addition I did to include shower, toilet, sink, washer gas line's, utility sink. He did it all in a timely and professional manner for a reasonable price. . I had zero problems during or after the work. Chuck is a hard worker with a good sense o humor. You can't go wrong with Verde Valley Plumbing.

These guys are the absolute best! Local owned family business. I love giving these guys my money (well, kinda)! If you got a problem, they'll solve it. Professional, courteous, fair, honest, and all around excellent folks. Fire whoever else you are using as a plumber and hire these guys! You won't be disappointed!

Our kitchen sink was leaking. Jeremy showed up timely when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the issue. His repair was quick and solid, explained what had occurred. We enjoyed meeting Jeremy and will call again if we have issues!
