I called Tom and he answered on the first ring. We bought a new home and had to schedule a water(well) and septic test. He was at the house within 3 business days, and allowed my husband to tag along to ask questions. Tom provided feedback that eased our minds about a few items that were new to us. I am extremely happy with Tom’s response, professionals, honesty and his pricing was very fair. I recommend and would use Tom again.

When my 15yo water heater died, Tom was recommended by a friend of a friend. He was able to get me onto his schedule quickly and was very reasonably priced. He was a good value for the money. Tom kept in good contact (including follow up), was very efficient, and cleaned up after himself including taking my old water heater w him. I was very satisfied w my experience and would highly recommend Vande Hey Ideal Plumbing.
